Infermiera malata di tumore, storia incredibile dalla provincia di Como. Daniela è un’infermiera di 47 anni malata di tumore a cui è stata consigliata una cura sperimentale che necessita del Dna di un genitore. Ha così cercato la madre biologica (mai vista) che l’aveva abbandonata appena nata per avere un prelievo di sangue, totalmente anonimo, e avere una speranza di vita.

Ma la donna, che oggi ha poco meno di 70 anni, vive in provincia di Como ed è diventata di nuovo madre e nonna, ha negato il proprio aiuto alla figlia.

Daniela ha una figlia già grande e una di 9 anni. A febbraio aveva lanciato un appello dalle pagine de La Provincia di Como, e si era rivolta ai giudici per risalire all’identità della donna che l’aveva data alla luce il 26 marzo del 1973 all’orfanotrofio delle suore di Rebbio, nel Comasco, dove aveva poi trascorso 2 anni prima di essere adottata.

L’orfanotrofio è chiuso da anni e le carte sono passate all’ospedale sant’Anna di Como: Daniela, che lavora in psichiatria a Milano, è riuscita ad avere accesso al suo fascicolo, custodito in Comune, scoprendo che la madre non solo aveva preferito non essere nominata, ma aveva anche richiesto il ritiro della documentazione sanitaria.

Ma poi il tribunale dei minori ha trovato la cartella clinica al Sant’Anna e lì il nome della donna c’era, ma non è bastato. La donna – come comunicato lo scorso 12 aprile – non ha intenzione di rinunciare all’anonimato, ha rifiutato di sottoporsi al prelievo e non è possibile disporne uno coattivo.

Una “sentenza di morte” come scrive Daniela nella lettera, pubblicata oggi su La provincia di Como rivolta alla donna: “Mi chiedo come tu ti addormenti la sera, come fai a vivere sapendo che hai negato senza possibilità di ripensamento la cosa che ti è stata chiesta: un prelievo di sangue in totale anonimato organizzato secondo le tue regole e la tua volontà, che non andrebbe a cambiare nulla della tua situazione di vita attuale, perché nessuno saprebbe, e che a me invece consentirebbe di far crescere la mia bambina che ha solo 9 anni e ha il diritto di avere al suo fianco la sua mamma”.

Nel suo appello, che era stato molto condiviso sui social, Daniela aveva sottolineato che non chiedeva alla madre di svelarsi né di incontrarla, ma solo di sottoporsi al prelievo indispensabile per accedere alla nuova cura. “Spero ancora che tu possa ripensare alla tua decisione” scrive Daniela, spiegando che lei non si arrenderà: “utilizzerò tutto ciò che è in mio potere per darmi la possibilità di vivere, ritengo – conclude – che sia un mio diritto”.
