Travolge cane al guinzaglio – Ultime notizie da Treviso. Una donna di 82 anni è stata sanzionata con una multa da oltre 400 euro per essere fuggita dopo aver investito un cane che era  al guinzaglio della padrona. La donna stava attraversando la strada sulle strisce pedonali a Treviso.

L’animale è stato preso in carico da una guardia zoofila e ricoverato in una clinica veterinaria. L’investitrice, rintracciata grazie alle telecamere di sorveglianza, ha inutilmente cercato di negare l’omissione di soccorso, illecito che diventerebbe di natura penale nel caso l’animale dovesse morire.
