Rifiutandosi di indossare correttamente la mascherina come gli chiedeva il titolare dell’attività commerciale in cui erano entrati, due fratelli, uno di 12 e uno di 15 anni, per tutta risposta hanno iniziato a devastare il negozio e hanno preso a cinghiate il commerciante. Giunte una volante del commissariato e una gazzella dell’Arma, per riportare la calma, mentre gli investigatori esaminavano le immagini delle telecamere di sorveglianza per ricostruire l’accaduto, è poi arrivato il padre dei due minori, che ha iniziato a inveire contro il negoziante e ha picchiato poliziotti e carabinieri. Accade anche questo ai tempi del Covid-19 e a Cisterna di Latina un 38enne è finito in manette, con le accuse di resistenza, violenza e lesioni a pubblico ufficiale, mentre il figlio quindicenne è stato denunciato a piede libero.
I due rischiano inoltre il divieto di ingresso nei locali pubblici della città e dell’intera provincia. Il dirigente del commissariato di Cisterna, Riccardo De Santis, ha infatti chiesto alla Divisione anticrimine della questura di Latina di avviare l’istruttoria per applicare a padre e figlio la cosiddetta norma Willy, la legge varata contro i violenti dopo che il 6 settembre scorso, all’uscita da un locale a Colleferro, per difendere un amico è stato massacrato a calci e pugni il 21enne Willy Monteiro Duarte, aspirante chef di origini capoverdiane, residente a Paliano.

L’incredibile episodio si è verificato ieri mattina nel centro di Cisterna, in corso della Repubblica. Alla richiesta di indossare correttamente le mascherine fatta dal titolare di un negozio ai due fratelli, per tutta risposta i ragazzini avrebbero rovesciato a terra il contenuto di alcuni espositori di merce e poi aggredito il commerciante, un uomo di nazionalità cinese, brandendo le cinture dei pantaloni e utilizzandole come fruste, colpendo la vittima anche al volto. Il commerciante ha quindi chiesto l’intervento delle forze dell’ordine e ha ripreso la scena con il telefonino come prova di quanto stava accadendo.
Sul posto è giunta una volante del commissariato e gli agenti hanno iniziato ad ascoltare il negoziante e a visionare le immagini delle telecamere interne di sorveglianza. In quel momento però è arrivato il padre di uno dei ragazzi, un 38enne di origine campana, A.B. le sue iniziali, già noto alle forze dell’ordine per reati contro il patrimonio e armi compiuti tra Caserta e Napoli, che si è scagliato prima contro il commerciante e poi contro gli agenti, minacciandoli. Intervenuta anche una gazzella dell’Arma, l’uomo, che ha ferito due poliziotti e due carabinieri, è stato quindi bloccato e rinchiuso in camera di sicurezza nell’attesa del processo per direttissima, mentre il figlio quindicenne è stato denunciato a piede libero. Il Tribunale di Latina questa mattina ha infine convalidato l’arresto, disposto per l’imputato l’obbligo di firma in commissariato e poi rinviato l’udienza concedendogli i termini a difesa.
