Nicola Mina – Ascoltando le parole di chi gli è stato accanto, nell’ultimo periodo, emerge la figura di un ragazzo fragile. Tra poco più di un mese, il 22 maggio, Nicola Mina avrebbe compiuto 29 anni.
Invece pochi giorni prima di Pasqua, e a ridosso della prima udienza del processo che lo vedeva alla sbarra per tentato omicidio nei confronti di un venditore ambulante, si è tolto la vita lasciando un intero paese, San Pietro di Cadore, sotto choc.
Ci ha lasciato un ragazzo di 28 anni che doveva essere aiutato – commenta il suo avvocato Danilo Riponti – Non voglio dire capito. Il gesto lo aveva fatto ma bisognava capire cosa c’era dietro». Una tragedia che ha lasciato senza parole la sorella, i genitori e i nonni.
Un gesto premeditato. Da quanto riportano fonti investigative sembra che, a inizio marzo, Nicola Mina si fosse pagato il funerale, avvenuto proprio in questi giorni. Una decisione che ha scavato nella sua anima per quasi un mese. Poteva essere salvato? È una domanda che, al momento, perde senso e significato. Il suo malessere era cominciato molto prima quando, spiega l’avvocato Riponti, «abbiamo voluto guardarlo senza umanità».
