Montesano senza mascherina fermato dalla polizia. E’ quanto accaduto questa mattina a Roma in Piazza Montecitorio durante una protesta in favore di Chico Forti. Il noto attore romano ha avuto anche un colloquio con Salvini, poi è stato fermato dalla Polizia. Ecco l’articolo pubblicato in merito dal Corriere della Sera con tanto di video in allegato:
“L’aveva chiamata «disobbedienza civile» qualche giorno fa. Contro l’obbligo delle mascherine all’aperto, «inutili e dannose». Poi però in piazza con i `no mask´ non ci era andato. Enrico Montesano, dopo aver dribblato la manifestazione di sabato scorso, ha scelto piazza Montecitorio per la sua prima uscita pubblica da disobbediente senza mascherina.
Foto e video con simpatizzanti, qualche scatto anche con Matteo Salvini. Tutto a volto scoperto. E’ capitolato solo quando la polizia gli ha intimato di indossare la mascherina. Un confronto finito con Montesano che urlava in faccia agli agenti.
Con la mascherina abbassata e loro che retrocedevano per timore del coronavirus. Siamo in piazza Montecitorio, dove c’e’ una piccola folla che chiede la liberazione di Chico Forti, l’ex velista italiano in carcere da vent’anni negli Stati Uniti. Montesano è qui per solidarietà; c’e’ anche Matteo Salvini.
I due si salutano il segretario della Lega a differenza di Montesano indossa la mascherina. «Io posso disobbedire civilmente a un decreto della presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri– spiega l’attore- perché chiunque intimi di indossare mascherine rischia una denuncia per istigazione a delinquere, procurato allarme, truffa aggravata, abuso di autorità, violenza privata, violazione della Costituzione italiana e della Dichiarazione universale dei diritti dell’uomo».
Ma se in piazza ci sono tanti simpatizzanti che lo salutano e gli chiedono un selfie, girato l’angolo ad attenderlo ci sono due uomini della polizia. Montesano e la moglie Teresa sono senza mascherina, le forze dell’ordine intimano loro di indossarla. I due si rifiutano, sostengono di avere la legge dalla loro. Montesano è armato di fogli stampati ed evidenziati. Prova a far valere le sue ragioni.
Il clima si scalda un poco, Teresa Trisorio alza la voce. «Non strilli signora- ribatte un poliziotto- e stiamo distanziati perché lei è senza mascherina». Dopo un po’ Montesano cede e indossa la mascherina. Ha anche un cappello e gli occhiali da sole. Così coperto è praticamente irriconoscibile: «Chi sono adesso, mi riconoscete?», domanda. I poliziotti chiedono che anche la donna indossi la mascherina. Niente da fare.
Mentre Montesano, con ancora la mascherina indosso, perde la pazienza: «Non riesco a respirare, mi fa male», sbotta. È il momento dello scontro. Montesano tira giù la mascherina brandisce i fogli e inizia a gridare:
«E’ un obbligo di un decreto ministeriale che è inferiore a una legge che impone di andare a viso scoperto. Io me la metto, così lei mi può mandare a casa. Sennò questo è sequestro di persona». C’è ancora un confronto con i poliziotti, poi è la moglie a chiudere la vicenda: «Andiamo Enrico, non ci facciamo arrestare», dice trascinando via il marito. Così i Montesano si allontanano verso via del Corso”.
