“A tarda notte abbiamo completato e firmato il nuovo DPCM che introduce le nuove misure restrittive. Misure che ci permetteranno di affrontare questa nuova fase dell’epidemia. La curva epidemiologica sta risalendo vertiginosamente in tutta Europa, molti paesi versano in condizioni critiche. Noi siamo in condizioni migliori ma non possiamo abbassare il livello di concentrazione”.

“Queste nuove misure comporteranno dei sacrifici ulteriori, ma con questi sacrifici potremo affrontare questa nuova fase. Dobbiamo evitare di far ripiombare il nostro paese in un lockdown generalizzato”.
“Vi riassumo i vari punti del DPCM. Le mascherine dovranno essere indossate obbligatoriamente anche all’aperto. Ma anche in casa dovremo stare attenti a tutte quelle dinamiche che si sviluppano in ambito amicale e familiare. Bisognerà quindi indossare le mascherine se vengono in casa ospiti o persone non conviventi. Vi invitiamo a limitare il numero di questi ospiti, massimo 6. Evitate feste, party e feste private in casa”.
“Sono tutte situazioni pericolose da evitare. Voglio essere chiaro, non manderemo le forze di Polizia nelle abitazioni private. Tutti dobbiamo predisporci ad atteggiamenti prudenti in questa fase”.
“Bar, pasticcerie, ristoranti e simili dovranno chiudere entro mezzanotte. Dalle 21 invece non si potrà sostare davanti a questi locali per consumare in piedi. Resteranno chiuse le discoteche e le sale da ballo. Sarà vietato effettuare feste all’interno dei locali pubblici, tranne in casi di cerimonie civili o religiose come possono essere matrimoni o battesimi, ma con massimo di 30 persone invitate”.
“In ultimo, non saranno più consentite partite di calcetto o di basket che tanto ci piacciono. Lo sport di contatto amatoriale non sarà più consentito”.
“Possibili ulteriori misure ancor più restrittive? Al momento non ce n’è bisogno. Vogliamo scongiurare un lockdown generalizzato, abbiamo un sistema di monitoraggio che ci permetterà di intervenire in maniera molto mirata”.
“Didattica a distanza nei prossimi mesi? Per la scuola abbiamo fatto tanti sacrifici tutti quanti. In termini di risorse ed impegno. Pure in una condizione di difficoltà sanitaria ed economica, abbiamo pensato che la scuola debba essere un asset privilegiato da tutelare. Continueremo ad aggiornarci ovviamente, ma al momento nell’ambito della scuola le condizioni di sicurezza si stanno verificando valide”.
“Trasporti pubblici locali? Dovremo smetterla di usare impropriamente la parola distanziamento sociale. Ma parlare di distanziamento personale. Per quanto riguarda i trasporti pubblici, è sicuramente una situazione critica. Come è stato documentato anche nei giorni scorsi, al di là dei tanti sforzi che vengono fatti in merito ai vari protocolli, è inevitabile che in certi momenti si creino degli assembramenti”.
