“Siamo in piena pandemia e i numeri del contagio sono molto elevati. Riteniamo però che esistano tutte le condizioni che consentono il ritorno in classe delle superiori nelle zone gialle e arancioni come stabilisce il Dpcm del 14 gennaio”.
Lo dice il coordinatore del Cts, Agostino Miozzo. “Se qualche presidente di Regione ritiene che non esistano le premesse per garantire la ripresa in sicurezza delle scuole, adotti misure più restrittive”.
“Per quanto ci riguarda la scuola dovrebbe essere una priorità oltre che un diritto – prosegue Miozzo al Corriere della Sera -. Le Regioni hanno avuto tutte le indicazioni utili per intervenire. C’è chi l`ha fatto, affittando ad esempio centinaia di nuovi bus. In quelle regioni le scuole riapriranno”.
Per Miozzo “vanno valutate le conseguenze gravi nel tenere chiuse le scuole. Studi internazionali evidenziano gravi danni nei ragazzi in termini di apprendimento. Si vengono a creare dei veri e propri buchi neri in formazione, esperienza, socializzazione. Poi, le conseguenze psicologiche”.
