Una riduzione dello stipendio del 20 per cento per cinque mesi. E’ la sanzione che il collegio arbitrale dell’Asl Torino 4 ha deciso per Giuseppe Delicati, il medico di famiglia di Borgaro finito nella bufera a ottobre per un video che lui stesso aveva pubblicato su YouTube. In quest’ultimo sollevava dubbi sull’esistenza di una pandemia da Covid e sull’opportunità del vaccino antinfluenzale “che – sosteneva il medico rivolgendosi ai colleghi ma diffondendo il suo messaggio in rete – attiva il Covid. I morti di Bergamo – affermava ancora – erano stati tutti vaccinati con il vaccino antinfluenzale”.
Le sue tesi contro i vaccini gli erano costate l’avvio di un accertamento in procura ad Ivrea, con il sospetto di procurato allarme, (“a me non risulta di essere indagato”, precisa Delicati) e una segnalazione all’Ordine dei medici di Macerata e alla procura di Macerata, dove lui è iscritto pur esercitando nel Torinese. L’Ordine ha aperto un procedimento nei confronti del medico di famiglia che aveva messo in dubbio anche l’attendibilità dei tamponi (“l’80 per cento risulta falsamente positivo”).

Delicati è stato ascoltato a Macerata il 3 novembre scorso. “Prenderemo una decisione dopo che la magistratura avrà preso una posizione sulla vicenda – precisa il presidente dell’ordine Mario Romano – Quello che più mi ha infastidito di tutta questa vicenda è stata la mancanza di rispetto verso la dignità di colleghi che in questi mesi sono morti sul campo di battaglia per questa pandemia. Gli iscritti all’ordine sono tenuti al rispetto della deontologia ma anche della salute pubblica”.
Anche l’Asl T04 con cui Delicati ha una convenzione per svolgere l’attività di medico di famiglia nel distretto di competenza dell’asl aveva aperto un procedimento nei suoi confronti, il primo ad essere arrivato a una conclusione.
