Mangia sushi e sta male – Ha mangiato il sushi e il giorno dopo ha iniziato ad accusare sintomi gravi dovuti a un’intossicazione alimentare. La ragazza di 21 anni è stata ricoverata d’urgenza da Ancona a Foligno e il suo bollettino medico, secondo quanto riporta Il Fatto Quotidiano, sarebbe grave.
C’è infatti una grave compromissione di organi, con varie insufficienze. In particolare un’insufficienza epatica che la trattiene in ospedale e ha aggravato la situazione. Si tratterebbe, secondo i medici, di un’intossicazione dovuta alla leptospirosi.
La ragazza avrebbe consumato sushi nella sera del 24 gennaio 2021, iniziando a stare male poche ore dopo aver cenato a base di pesce crudo. Poi è stata portata al Pronto soccorso di Foligno, dal quale è stata poi trasferita nel reparto di Rianimazione dopo essere stabilizzata, nella speranza che le sue condizioni di salute potessero lentamente migliorare.

Le sue condizioni fisiche hanno però continuato ad aggravarsi nel reparto di Rianimazione di Foligno, tanto da essere trasferita poi nella struttura Anestesia e Rianimazione dei Trapianti e Chirurgia Maggiore dell’ospedale Riuniti di Ancona, dove tuttora sarebbe ricoverata.
La ragazza è stata sottoposta a un trattamento di depurazione continua del sangue, con particolari filtri per eliminare le sostanze tossiche e infiammatorie in circolo. Nel frattempo invece sono in corso gli esami per individuare in fretta la causa che ha scatenato il danno multiorgano, in modo da poter arrivare quanto prima ad una cura efficace per la ragazza, mentre i Nas stanno svolgendo accertamenti sull’intossicazione.
In particolare si cerca di capire cosa possa aver scatenato tale reazione nella ragazza puntando la lente d’ingrandimento su ciò che la ragazza ha consumato in serata, prima di sentirsi così male da essere ricoverata in ospedale.
