Preso a bastonate senza motivo con ferite che gli sono costate le cure mediche in ospedale. I carabinieri indagano su un’aggressione subita da un senza fissa dimora di 38 anni che ha raccontato di essere stato malmenato in strada da un uomo poi intracciato.
E’ successo a Casal Palocco. Qui i carabinieri di Acilia sono dovuti intervenire dopo che il personale dell’Ares 118 ha soccorso un uomo a terra e sanguinante. Il clochard, prima di essere portato al Grassi di Ostia, è riuscito a raccontare che era stato colpito da un altro uomo.
Avviate le indagini, i militari hanno identificato l’aggressore recuperando un bastone telescopico in ferro utilizzato nel corso dell’aggressione. Si tratta di un 40enne del posto, che si è avvalso della facoltà di non rispondere circa le ragioni del gesto. Dovrà quindi rappresentarle al giudice. Per lui è scattata una denuncia in stato di libertà.
