Si trova agli arresti domiciliari con l’accusa di violenza il fisioterapista arrestato nella mattinata ad Agrigento. Durante le sessioni di riabilitazione violentava pazienti con disabilità fisiche e psichiche. A raccontare i dettagli della vicenda sono stati i carabinieri della stazione di Agrigento. E nel corso della conferenza stampa tenutasi questa mattina hanno mostrato anche i video che hanno fornito le prove per giungere al fermo dell’uomo.
“Approfittando delle difficoltà fisiche, soprattutto mentali, durante i trattamenti di fisioterapia – hanno spiegato i militari – assumeva atteggiamenti equivoci, intimamente espliciti, fino a compiere veri e propri atti di violenza su quel materassino che non permetteva alle vittime di ribellarsi”.
Dopo aver raccolto materiale sufficiente a chiudere le indagini, iniziate alcune settimane fa, si perlopiù riprese ambientali sia video che audio, è giunta la richiesta firmata dal giudice per le indagini preliminari di procedere con la misura di custodia cautelare.
Agrigento oggi, il modus operandi del fisioterapista
Secondo quanto emerso dalle indagini sono diversi gli episodi di violenza da valutare che avvenivano tutti nelle stesse modalità. L’uomo approfittando delle difficoltà fisiche, soprattutto mentali, durante i trattamenti di fisioterapia, assumeva atteggiamenti equivoci, intimamente espliciti, fino a compiere veri e propri atti di violenza sessuale su quel materassino che non permetteva alle vittime di ribellarsi.
Durante l’ultima seduta, prima dell’arresto, i militari sono piombati nello studio del professionista che lavora in una struttura convenzionata, allontanandolo da una donna che, dicono i militari in una nota, “nel frangente stava tentando di divincolarsi”. Immediatamente arrestato, di concerto con l’autorità giudiziaria, l’uomo è stato condotto presso la sua abitazione, in regime di arresti domiciliari.
Una storia triste che ricorda, purtroppo, le violenze avvenute ad Enna all’Oasi di Troina.
