Italia zona gialla – Il primo weekend dell’Italia in giallo è ormai alle porte. Le grandi città varano piani sicurezza ad hoc per evitare le scene che hanno invaso social network e quotidiani appena una settimana fa, alla vigilia dell’addio al rosso e arancione.
Folle e assembramenti che, in alcuni casi, si sono trasformate in feste a cielo aperto e, addirittura, risse. A Roma, come a Milano o Firenze, i controlli saranno intensificati principalmente nei luoghi della movida o nei centri storici.
Nella Capitale si vogliono evitare le resse che si sono viste settimana scorsa in particolare nella zona del Tridente, nel cuore della città. Sono stati predisposti corridoi con delimitazioni a Piazza del Popolo per rendere più fluido il transito delle persone ed evitare stazionamenti, controlli al Pincio anche con pattuglie a cavallo di polizia e carabinieri.

L’accesso all’area del Tridente sarà contingentata, con la possibilità di procedere a chiusure delle stazioni metro Spagna e Flaminio in caso di necessità. Via del Corso, la strada dello shopping, sarà invece divisa in settori.
Il dispositivo di sicurezza, predisposto oggi in seguito alla riunione del Comitato per l’ordine e la sicurezza, riprende quello attuato a dicembre, in occasione dello shopping natalizio, ma con maggiore attenzione alle aree in cui si sono registrati affollamenti lo scorso fine weekend.
I controlli non si limiteranno solo al centro storico, ma verranno estesi anche a tutte le zone della movida capitolina: da Trastevere all’Eur, da San Lorenzo a Ponte Milvio, dal Pigneto alla zona universitaria di piazza Bologna.
Sotto la lente anche il lungomare di Ostia. “Il sistema di controllo del territorio finora ha tenuto grazie al senso di responsabilità dimostrato dai romani – il commento del prefetto di Roma, Matteo Piantedosi -. Bisogna continuare a mantenere alta l’attenzione”.
Verifiche ben visibili e intensificate anche a Milano, dove lo scorso fine settimana si sono registrate folle in particolare nella zona dei Navigli. Sotto la lente delle forze dell’ordine finiscono anche le zone di corso Como e corso Garibaldi in particolare per verificare il rispetto dell’orario di chiusura dei locali, la presenza dei clienti in rapporto alla capienza, l’uso corretto di mascherine e il rispetto del distanziamento.
A Firenze, invece, il sindaco Dario Nardella ha firmato l’ordinanza che impone il divieto di stazionamento nelle aree a maggior rischio affollamento. L’area interessata dal provvedimento, concordato con la prefettura, è compresa nel perimetro delimitato da piazza Beccaria (esclusa), Borgo La Croce, piazza Sant’Ambrogio, via Pietrapiana, via Giuseppe Verdi, via dell’Agnolo, viale della Giovine Italia (escluso).
Predisposta anche la limitazione dell’accesso nelle vie, piazze ed altri spazi pubblici. Le violazioni costeranno care ai trasgressori che rischiano una multa che va dai 400 ai 1.000 euro. “Ora dobbiamo fare i conti con i fatti – le parole di Nardella –: niente è ancora perduto, possiamo evitare di passare in fascia superiore di restrizione, se ognuno fa per davvero la sua parte e se limitiamo ulteriormente le occasioni di contatto in ogni situazione, di lavoro, familiare e di divertimento”.
