Fabrizio Corona deve tornare in carcere. Lo ha deciso il tribunale di Sorveglianza di Milano revocando i domiciliari. Dopo aver saputo la notizia l’ex paparazzo si è ferito al polso, pubblicando foto e video sui social.
“Adesso vi faccio vedere come si combatte l’ingiustizia. Pronto a dare la mia vita in questo paese ingiusto”. Ha scritto Corona sulla sua pagina Instagram, pubblicando la foto della sua faccia ricoperta di sangue.
Lo sfogo è rivolto ai due procuratori che hanno chiesto il suo ritorno dietro le sbarre.
“Dottoressa Corti (si riferisce al giudice Marina Corti), Lamanna (il procuratore generale Antonio Lamanna) questo è solo l’inizio. Quanto è vero dio che sacrificherò la mia vita per togliervi da quelle sedie. Che venga il presidente del Tribunale di Sorveglianza, che guardi gli atti“, ripete poi in una storia di Instagram mentre si vede il sangue a chiazze per terra. Il suo legale fa sapere a Fanpage.it che farà ricorso alla decisione dei giudici.
Ora Fabrizio Corona si trova in ospedale a causa delle ferite e poi verrà trasferito direttamente in carcere.

Alla base della decisione del collegio ci sarebbero le violazioni alle regole imposte dai giudici: prima tra tutte l’uso dei social e le comparse in tv. Un ultimatum all’ex re dei paparazzi era arrivato nei mesi scorsi dal sostituto procuratore generale di Milano Antonio Lamanna che aveva ricordato a Corona di attenersi al “rigoroso rispetto delle regole”.
E invece non aveva rinunciato alle sue apparizioni in tv e a utilizzare i social: una tra tutte lo scorso ottobre era stato ospite, in collegamento da casa sua, alla trasmissione di Barbara D’Urso rispondendo alle accuse rivolte nei suoi confronti della sua ex compagna Nina Moric. Un ultimatum che l’avvocato difensore Ivano Chiesa ha giudicato “assurdo” sia a Fanpage.it sia rivolgendosi ai giudici durante la sua arringa durante la scorsa udienza dell’8 marzo.
“Ci devono essere importanti motivi per decidere il ritorno in carcere di una persona, primo tra tutti deve essere a rischio la sicurezza pubblica. Fabrizio rischia di ritornare dietro le sbarre invece per aver utilizzato i social, che per lui sono il suo lavoro, e per aver aver ospitato in casa il suo personal trainer un giorno di marzo dello scorso anno. Assurdo”. E poi ha aggiunto: “La verità è che i giudici, e non solo i giudici, sono intrappolati nello stereotipo del Fabrizio di 14 anni fa. Ora dico basta”.
Corona potrebbe tornare libero nel 2023
All’ex paparazzo restano da scontare 2 anni e 6 mesi: potrebbe tornare libero infatti nel 2023. Nei calcoli sono già inclusi i nove mesi già scontati da Corona in regime di affidamento terapeutico che poi il tribunale di sorveglianza a metà ottobre ha deciso che devono essere scontati nuovamente proprio per via delle numerose violazioni alle regole imposte dal regime speciale. Su questi “famosi” 9 mesi però dovrà esprimersi ancora la Corte di Cassazione, come aveva spiegato a Fanpage.it a novembre l’avvocato difensore Ivano Chiesa. Se la Corte deciderà a favore di Corona, gli anni da scontare saranno meno di due.
