Dopo le parole di ieri, 23 ottobre 2020, di Vincenzo De Luca. Il Presidente della Regione Campania aveva annunciato il lockdown totale a causa dei troppi contagi nel territorio.
Tali dichiarazioni hanno scatenato delle proteste che, inizialmente pacifiche, sarebbero sfociate in guerriglia urbana tra civili e forze dell’ordine.
Tra le tante immagini pubblicate e condivise dai media una è diventata particolarmente virale: il giornalista di Sky aggredito in diretta durante le proteste a Napoli.
A quanto accaduto ha risposto De Luca, oggi, 24 ottobre 2020, con un lungo post sul suo profilo Facebook.

COVID-19, GARANTIRE LA LEGALITÀ. VARARE UN PIANO SOCIO-ECONOMICO DI SOSTEGNO A IMPRESE E FAMIGLIE
#CORONAVIRUS: ieri sera si è assistito a Napoli a uno spettacolo indegno di violenza e di guerriglia urbana organizzata, che nulla ha da spartire con le categorie sociali.
Ieri si applicavano le stesse ordinanze a Milano, Roma e Napoli. E mentre a Milano e Roma le città erano deserte nel rispetto delle norme, a Napoli c’erano violenze e vandalismo.
Alcune centinaia di delinquenti hanno sporcato l’immagine della città.
Vogliamo chiarire che:
1. I protagonisti di questi episodi non hanno nulla a che fare con le categorie economiche e con i cittadini di Napoli, che hanno dato in questi mesi una prova straordinaria di autodisciplina e di responsabilità, e che tuteleremo fino in fondo sul piano sanitario e su quello sociale;
2. Continueremo a seguire la nostra linea di rigore, senza cambiare di una virgola, come è nostro dovere fare. Da questo momento chiediamo al Governo di impegnarsi:
Sollecitiamo un incontro ad horas con il Governo su questi punti.
