Nell’ultimo provvedimento firmato da Giuseppe Conte, l’Italia è stata suddivisa in tre fasce e a ognuna di queste è stato assegnato un colore. La zona verde è stata attribuita a quelle regioni dove il rischio è considerato più basso ed è quella, infatti, dove le restrizioni sono meno drastiche. In queste regioni valgono dunque le misure generali di carattere nazionale, tra cui obbligo di mascherina e divieto di spostamenti tra le 22 e le 5.
Nella zona verde sono valide le misure stabilite dal governo per tutto il territorio nazionale, senza le ulteriori restrizioni, dunque, volute per differenziare queste regioni da quelle considerate più a rischio. Tra le norme essenziali ci sono: l’obbligo di indossare la mascherina quando si esce di casa e il divieto di uscire da casa tra le 22 e le 5 (si può uscire esclusivamente per motivi di lavoro, di salute o casi di necessità).
Stabilita anche la chiusura dei centri commerciali nei giorni festivi e prefestivi, ma rimangono aperti al loro interno i negozi alimentari, le farmacie, parafarmacie ed edicole. Chiuse anche mostre, musei e sale bingo. Per quanto riguarda i mezzi pubblici, confermata su tutto il territorio la capienza ridotta del 50%, mentre la scuola sarà in dad dalle superiori. Restano consentiti gli spostamenti sia all’interno del proprio Comune sia fuori. Permesso anche raggiungere un’altra regione purché anch’essa inserita in fascia verde.
