Ve ne avevamo già parlato delle zone rosso scuro.
Ora è ufficiale.
Sono Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto ed Emilia Romagna le tre regioni italiane inserite in zona rosso scuro per il rischio Covid stilata dall’Ecdc, il Centro europeo per il controllo e la prevenzione della malattie. E’ quanto emerge dalla mappa aggiornata con la situazione epidemiologica basata sulle nuove indicazioni. Manca invece la provincia di Bolzano, la quarta area italiana che faceva parte dell’elenco raccomandato nei giorni scorsi dalla Commissione europea.
Friuli Emilia e Veneto rosso scuro, l’obbligo di test e quarantena
Per viaggiare in Europa dalle aree rosso scuro, anche per viaggi essenziali, ci si deve sottoporre a test e quarantena fino a 14 giorni. Il livello più alto di rischio è attribuito alle zone con più di 500 contagi su 100 mila abitanti negli ultimi 14 giorni. In teoria la norma non vale solo per chi viaggia in un altro Paese Ue ma anche per gli spostamenti sul territorio italiano da una regione “rosso scuro” a quelle di altra categoria. Le raccomandazioni europee sono tuttavia solo linee guida, ora al vaglio dei governi, e ogni governo dei Ventisette può decidere se e in che misure applicare.
Le altre zone “deep red”
Oltre alle regioni italiane dovrebbero diventare “deep red” anche la penisola iberica, ad eccezione del nord (dalla Galizia ai Paesi Baschi), alcune zone meridionali e centrali della Francia, l’intera Irlanda, parte della Germania, la Repubblica Ceca, alcune zone dell’Europa centro-orientale, i Baltici, parte della Svezia e Cipro. Restano arancioni la Finlandia, la Norvegia e la Grecia che ha anche una porzione ancora verde, con contagi ancora inferiori. L’Ue, oltre a sconsigliare fortemente i viaggi non essenziali all’interno dei singoli Paesi e tra i paesi Ue, ha introdotto limitazioni più stringenti per chi arriva dai confini esterni dell’Unione: test e quarantena per tutti, anche per chi ha i titoli di viaggio (come i residenti) per entrare in Europa nonostante le suo frontiere esterne siano chiuse da marzo.
