De Luca contro il DPCM – Il governatore della Campania Vincenzo De Luca boccia il Dpcm firmato dal presidente del Consiglio questa notte. Ecco le sue parole in questa nota stampa:
“L’ultimo Dpcm stabilisce il blocco della mobilità dalle 22 alle 5. Sembra francamente che sia una misura più che contro il Covid, contro il randagismo, visto che non interessa il 99 per cento dei cittadini. Ma la cosa grave è che, nel frattempo, non si decide nulla rispetto alle decine di migliaia di persone che, nei fine settimana, nelle domeniche, si riversano in massa sui lungomari e nei centri storici, senza motivi di lavoro o di salute, e nell’assenza di ogni controllo“.

“Ci si domanda inoltre cosa sia cambiato rispetto ai due mesi passati, nel corso dei quali il ministro della Pubblica Istruzione ci ha ripetuto che mai e poi mai si sarebbe chiusa l’attività all’interno delle scuole. Si sono perse settimane preziose e nel frattempo sono aumentati in modo pesante i contagi anche nella fascia 0-18 anni. In più, si prevede per i bambini delle elementari l’obbligo di indossare in classe la mascherina. È francamente sconcertante”.
“Si trovano nel dpcm anche misure utili e significative. Ma è evidente la linea generale assunta dal governo: anziché scegliere in modo chiaro la linea della prevenzione del contagio, si sceglie di intervenire dopo che il contagio è esploso. È una linea poco responsabile e soprattutto poco efficace dal punto di vista dei risultati“.
“Con l’aggravante di questo calvario di disposizioni, parziali e a getto continuo, che crea sconcerto fra i cittadini, divisione tra le categorie, tensioni sociali. In più non si è data a tutti i cittadini la percezione della drammaticità della situazione, spingendo tante persone, anche per la mancanza di controlli rigorosi ed efficaci, verso comportamenti di lassismo o di vera e propria irresponsabilità”.
“Avevamo chiesto al governo tre cose precise: misure immediate di ristoro o di detassazione; congedi parentali per le madri lavoratrici dipendenti, con retribuzione piena e bonus baby sitter per le lavoratrici autonome; misure omogenee e semplici su tutto il territorio nazionale, dato che il contagio è ormai diffuso in tutto il paese. Queste richieste non sono state accolte. Si assumerà il governo la responsabilità sanitaria e sociale conseguente alle sue scelte, sempre ritardate, e sempre parcellizzate”.
