Non è il solito Beppe Grillo quello che irrompe sui social di primo pomeriggio: freddure e sfottò lasciano il posto alle urla di un padre che si schiera, platealmente, dalla parte di suo figlio. L’accusa che pende sulla testa del giovane Ciro è pesante: avrebbe violentato insieme ad altri tre ragazzi una studentessa.
La difesa di Beppe Grillo al figlio
La difesa del fondatore del M5s è a tutto campo e immediata scatena una durissima reazione politica. Il tutto parte da una domanda (con annessa risposta) di Grillo: “Perché non li avete arrestati subito? Perché vi siete resi conto che non è vero che c’è stato l’abuso”. Quindi, la chiosa disperata, urlata: “Se dovete arrestare mio figlio perché non ha fatto niente, allora arrestate anche me, perché ci vado io in galera“.
Sono passati quasi due anni da quella notte del luglio 2019 quando, dopo una serata passata al Billionaire in Costa Smeralda, i quattro giovani avrebbero violentato – questa l’accusa – la 19enne milanese di origine scandinava in vacanza nel nord Sardegna con un’amica. Concluse le indagini a novembre 2020, la Procura di Tempio Pausania, competente per il territorio della Gallura, sta per tirare le fila dell’inchiesta. A breve trasferirà gli atti al Gup del Tribunale e si conoscerà la sua scelta: richiesta di rinvio a giudizio o di archiviazione. I legali hanno ribadito come i ragazzi si siano dichiarati innocenti “fin dall’inizio dell’inchiesta”.
Ora alla loro voce si somma anche quella, altisonante, di Grillo senior: “Una persona che viene stuprata la mattina, il pomeriggio fa kitesurf e denuncia dopo 8 giorni è strano. E poi c’è un video in cui si vede un gruppo che ride, ragazzi di 19 anni che si divertono e ridono in mutande”, perché “sono quattro coglioni, non quattro stupratori”. Ma Beppe non è l’unico papà coinvolto in questa storia. Ci sono anche i genitori della studentessa che ha denunciato, i quali, attraverso una nota divulgata dall’avvocato Giulia Bongiorno, si dicono “distrutti. Il tentativo di fare spettacolo sulla pelle altrui è una farsa ripugnante – affermano -. Cercare di trascinare la vittima sul banco degli imputati, cercare di sminuire e ridicolizzare il dolore sono strategie misere”.

Quello di Beppe Grillo è “un video scandaloso, non sta a me dire chi ha torto e chi ha ragione, per quello ci sono i magistrati ma che Grillo usi il suo potere mediatico e politico per assolvere il figlio è vergognoso“. Così la capogruppo Iv Maria Elena Boschi attacca in un video su twitter il fondatore M5S per la sua difesa del figlio. “Le sue parole – scrive Boschi – sono piene di maschilismo, quando dice che la ragazza è sostanzialemnte una bugiarda perché c’ha messo 8 giorni a denunciare fa un torto a tutte le donne vittime di violenza perché forse Grillo non sa il dolore che passa nelle donne che a volte ci mettono anche settimane per superare dolore angoscia”.
E, incalza, “quando Grillo ci spiega che suo figlio è innocente perché non è in carcere né ai domicilairi dice un falso dal punto di vista girudico che non sta né in cielo né in terra”. “E anche – aggiunge l’ex ministro – quando dice che i 4 ragazzi sono dei coglioni, dice lui, deresponsabilizza degli adulti maggiorenni e lo fa solo perché lui è famoso”.
Boschi aggiunge: “Mi piacerebbe che qualcuno, magari donna, nel M5s prendesse le distanze da Grillo e non perché io debba condannare il figlio di Grillo, non sta a me farlo e io sono garantista. Ma di che si lamenta Grillo? Vi ricordate cosa ha fatto a me, a mio padre alla mia famiglia, mio padre è stato accusato di ben altri reati, non di violenza, poi archiviati. Ma quanto odio e volgarità spesso inspirati da Grillo e M5s, noi abbiamo aspettato i giudici a differenza sua”. “Oggi – conclude Boschi – Grillo ci spiega che ci sono due pesi e due misure, le regole che valgono per la sua famiglia e quelle che valgono per gli altri. Caro Grillo ti devi semplicemente vergognare“.

“Sono e siamo umanamente vicini a Beppe Grillo, un uomo e un padre che sta vivendo un dramma che non è augurabile a nessuno. Abbiamo fiducia nel lavoro della magistratura, che accerterà la verità. Quando si ha a che fare con la vita delle persone, con vicende di una tale delicatezza, è più che mai opportuno che i fatti vengano trattati dai media evitando conclusioni affrettate e la ricerca di sensazionalismi”. Così su fb il capo politico del M5s Vito Crimi.
“Ciò che prova Beppe a livello umano posso solo immaginarlo e da mamma gli sono vicina. La magistratura è al lavoro, perciò auspico che giornali e talk show lascino che questa vicenda si risolva, come è giusto che sia, in tribunale. Serve rispetto: no a speculazioni da sciacalli”. Lo scrive su Twitter la senatrice del M5s Paola Taverna.
“Da Grillo garantismo a giorni alterni. Il sabato Salvini è colpevole, il lunedì suo figlio è innocente“. Lo scrive il profilo Twitter della Lega.
“Tutti, ma proprio tutti sono garantisti con parenti e amici e forcaioli con gli avversari. Per la Lega se di mezzo c’è il processo a Salvini, vale la presunzione di innocenza. Se tocca al capo di Gabinetto di Giani è condanna istantanea. Il Pd applica esattamente lo schema opposto, tifando per la condanna di Salvini e difendendo i compagni di partito. Di Grillo abbiamo ascoltato oggi l’appassionato intervento, dopo anni a difendere il giustizialismo più sfrenato. Siamo rimasti in pochi ad essere garantisti senza se e senza ma”. Lo dichiara in una nota Enrico Costa, deputato e responsabile Giustizia di Azione.
“Ma se vieni violentata, poi vai a fare kitesurf?”. Basterebbe questa frase di Grillo – pura colpevolizzazione della vittima – a bandirlo per sempre da qualsiasi tavolo politico. Utile se avvenisse, anche per lavorare all’alleanza possibile con M5s senza il peso della sua barbarie”. Lo scrive su Twitter il deputato del Pd, Andrea Romano, a proposito delle dichiarazioni di Beppe Grillo sulle vicende di violenza che coinvolgono il figlio Ciro Grillo.
Su Twitter interviene anche il vicesegretario dei dem, Peppe Provenzano: “Le parole di Grillo sono inaccettabili, tutta la solidarietà alla ragazza denigrata. Il M5S acceleri la sua transizione e con la guida di Conte abbracci sempre e comunque garanzie e principi dello Stato di diritto, quel video è semplicemente inconcepibile e da condannare”.
