Tampone a scuola – Continua la polemica in tema di scuola e rientro a scuola nell’epoca del Covid. Vi diamo le ultime notizie sul rientro a scuola degli studenti. Il ministro Azzolina ha annunciato quest’oggi delle importanti novità in merito al rientro a scuola e al tampone agli studenti. Ma vediamo di cosa si tratta. Ecco le sue parole riportate dall’Ansa nel corso dell’informativa in Senato:
“Siamo consapevoli del fatto che il rischio zero non esista, anche a scuola. Proprio per questo sarà fondamentale il senso di responsabilità di ciascuno e il rispetto delle Linee guida e dei Protocolli emanati insieme alle competenti autorità sanitarie. Sono stati mesi, quelli appena trascorsi, di intenso lavoro. In campo non c’è stato solo il Governo. Il Parlamento ha svolto un ruolo determinante”.
Tampone a scuola, l’Azzolina annuncia test a campione
“Durante l’anno saranno fatti test a campione anche agli studenti, il rischio zero non esiste, proviamo a ridurlo il più possibile per avere la massima sicurezza. I test sierologici al personale scolastico ci sono, tanto personale li sta facendo”, ha aggiunto.
“In queste settimane – ha detto – tutto il mondo della scuola e delle Istituzioni coinvolte si è mobilitato per raggiungere l’obiettivo della riapertura, attraverso le sue diverse diramazioni: Il Ministero dell’Istruzione, l’Amministrazione ministeriale, centrale e periferica, i dirigenti delle nostre scuole, gli Enti locali, le organizzazioni sindacali, le Associazioni di studentesse e studenti e genitori”.
“C’è stato il massimo sforzo da parte di tutti per il conseguimento di un risultato che riguarda il Paese intero. Il confronto è stato sempre serio, franco. Le opinioni sono state anche divergenti. Ma questo è il sale della democrazia”.
“Solo per la ripartenza di settembre –ha detto la ministra – abbiamo stanziato oltre 2,9 miliardi. Una cifra non banale. Nessun altro Paese europeo ha messo tante risorse sul capitolo ripartenza. E se consideriamo le risorse mobilitate da quando ho giurato come Ministra, a gennaio, parliamo di circa 7 miliardi che rappresentano, e credo che su questo davvero non si possa che essere tutti d’accordo, un segnale inequivocabile”.
“La stagione dei tagli è stata archiviata. La Scuola torna al centro di investimenti. Puntiamo ad essere un Paese in cui l’Istruzione possa essere davvero motore di sviluppo, innovazione, ascensore sociale per i capaci e meritevoli, come sancito dall’articolo 34 della nostra Costituzione. L’Italia non deve essere più ‘fanalino di coda’ delle classifiche internazionali, ma protagonista nel panorama dell’Istruzione globale”.
“Ho letto diverse corbellerie in queste settimane. Un dibattito quasi surreale sui banchi. Cifre date a caso, anche rispetto ai costi. Ho letto che il Governo sta sprecando denaro sulla scuola. Credo che ogni singolo euro speso per la scuola non sia perduto ma costituisca, invece, un investimento. Un investimento per il futuro dell’Italia”. Così la ministra dell’Istruzione Lucia Azzolina in Senato. Gli istituti hanno chiesto 2,4 milioni di banchi. Oltre 750 mila sono per la scuola primaria, dunque, banchi di tipo tradizionale, “più adatti per i piccoli. Mentre 1,7 milioni sono stati i banchi richiesti per le secondarie di cui oltre uno su quattro di tipo innovativo”.
“La scuola ora chiede collaborazione, per il presente e per il futuro. Il 14 settembre non si gioca una partita tra opposte fazioni; non è un duello per dimostrare che la maggioranza di questo Parlamento e il Governo a cui essa dà fiducia siano peggio o meglio di quelli di altre democrazie. La scuola ha già riaperto le porte il primo settembre e non può essere terreno di scontro e campagna elettorale, soprattutto in questa fase. La scuola è uno dei pilastri del sistema democratico, è il pilatro. Abbiamo tutti il dovere di preservarla e di innovarla, per il bene del Paese”.
