“Il Recovery è l’ultima occasione che abbiamo per progettare il futuro del nostro Paese. Penso che la maggioranza debba fare una riflessione seria su cosa fare e su come farlo. A luglio ho chiesto pubblicamente a Conte, in aula, di avere un dibattito parlamentare su questo tema, anche utilizzando agosto se necessario. Per mesi abbiamo ricevuto solo silenzio e task force. Poi all’improvviso, dopo tante dirette Facebook, in una intervista al direttore di Repubblica il premier comunica agli italiani che è tutto già pronto e che ci saranno dei tecnici a gestire il tutto”. Lo dice Matteo Renzi in un’intervista a Repubblica.
Non vi va bene il metodo? “Del merito non sappiamo niente. Sul metodo siamo contrari. Questo modo di fare non è solo sprezzante: è sbagliato. Noi siamo contrari a sovrastrutture di centinaia di consulenti che stanno al Recovery Fund come i navigator stanno al reddito di cittadinanza. Il futuro dell’Italia dei prossimi vent’ anni non lo scrivono Conte e Casalino nottetempo in uno stanzino di Palazzo Chigi”.
Quindi in Consiglio dei ministri Bellanova e Bonetti voteranno contro la proposta di governance avanzata da Conte? “Spero che il premier si fermi prima di mettere ai voti una scelta non condivisa”. Ma cosa suggerite invece per votare sì? “L’Italia ha già decine di migliaia di funzionari pubblici, migliaia di dirigenti, venti ministeri. Il problema non è assumere altra gente, ma capire qual è la visione dei prossimi anni. Se la risposta è un’altra inutile task force di 300 consulenti, se la votino da soli. E se mi ritrovo persino d’accordo con quanto detto da Maurizio Landini a Repubblica allora sta succedendo qualcosa di strano”.
Se vi schierate contro si apre la crisi? “No. Noi siamo impegnati fino alla Legge di Bilancio per assicurare all’Italia l’approvazione del decreto ristori e dei denari alle famiglie che non ce la fanno. Sul futuro dipende da Conte: Zingaretti ha chiesto un rilancio dell’azione di governo, noi siamo d’accordo con il segretario del Pd. C’è da guidare il G20, ci sono da gestire i 200 miliardi del Next Generation, c’è da affrontare la distribuzione dei vaccini. Iniziamo finalmente a fare sul serio?”.
E quindi deciderete dopo la Legge di Bilancio se staccare la spina? “Non siamo noi a dover decidere. È Conte a dovere fare un salto di qualità come ha promesso a noi e al Pd”. Invece mercoledì come finirà sulla risoluzione al Mes? “Non succederà niente. I grillini hanno troppa paura di andare a votare per far cadere Conte sul Mes. Dunque fortunatamente i voti ci saranno, sia alla Camera che al Senato. Quella di queste ore è solo melina scenografica”.
Italia Viva è sospettata di avere pronta una trappola parlamentare. È così? “E perché mai dovremmo, mi scusi? Il problema di queste ore riguarda il Movimento Cinque Stelle, non noi”. Non chiederete di attivare i 37 miliardi per la sanità previsti dal Mes? “Non abbiamo preparato alcun emendamento ancora, ma può dire no al Mes sanitario solo chi non ha visto mai un ospedale. Sono 300 milioni di euro di risparmi all’anno”. Conte dice che ha i ministri migliori al mondo, Zingaretti lo invita a non tirare a campare. Chi ha ragione? “Zingaretti. Sostenere che questo governo ha i ministri migliori al mondo è una barzelletta che non fa ridere”.
