Luciana Lamorgese chiede “controlli più serrati” per prevenire gli assembramenti. Dunque, più multe.
Questo quanto raccomanda il ministero in una circolare inviata a tutti i prefetti per contenere il contagio da coronavirus.
Nel documento, firmato dal capo di Gabinetto, Bruno Frattasi, si legge quanto segue.
“Nel recente fine settimana in diverse località del Paese si sono registrate situazioni di particolare assembramento. In occasione delle quali è stata anche riscontrata una percentuale non irrilevante di inosservanza dell’obbligo di utilizzo delle mascherine“.
E ancora, prosegue il testo: “In relazione a tanto, e nella prospettiva di far sì che tale fenomeno venga significativamente a diminuire in corrispondenza dei prossimi fine settimana, si ritiene necessario che le SS.LL. vogliano convocare in via d’urgenza una riunione del Comitato provinciale per l’ordine e la sicurezza pubblica al duplice scopo di programmare controlli più serrati da un lato, e, dall’altro, concordare con i sindaci più idonee modalità di applicazione dell’articolo 1, comma 4 del Dpcm del 3 novembre, concernente l’interdizione di strade o piazze potenzialmente interessate da siffatto fenomeno”, conclude la circolare.
Insomma, presto una stretta su controlli e multe.
