Questa è una delle frasi pubblicate su Facebook da un consigliere della maggioranza di centrodestra di Pavia, Niccolò Fraschini (Pavia Prima). Lo riporta la Provincia pavese.
Le frasi, apparse su Facebook, si chiudevano con un “è ora di riaprire, W Darwin!”, inneggiando presumibilmente alla selezione naturale perno degli studi del grande scienziato.
Fraschini si è difeso parlando di “strumentalizzazione” e di “frasi estrapolate dal contesto” dichiarando “vicinanza agli anziani”.
Nel marzo scorso aveva attaccato i napoletani “che hanno l’immondizia nelle strade e ci schifano”, i francesi “che non hanno il bidet” e i romeni “che hanno i bambini che vivono nelle fogne nella capitale”.
