Queste le parole di Sergio Mattarella, oggi 22 dicembre 2020, sull’anno che verrà per tutti gli italiani.
“Un ruolo prezioso e determinante sarà ricoperto dalle articolazioni della Difesa anche nelle attività fondamentali connesse alla gestione della campagna vaccinale, in concorso con il Servizio sanitario nazionale. Gli italiani, oltre ad essere orgogliosi delle forze armate, sono riconoscenti per quanto fanno per la difesa e la sicurezza del nostro Paese“.
Così il presidente della Repubblica, Sergio Mattarella, al termine del videocollegamento dal Comando Operativo di Vertice Interforze. Mattarella ha concluso il suo intervento esprimendo una profonda “riconoscenza a nome della Repubblica a tutti gli appartenenti alle forze armate, ai corpi militari dello Stato e ai loro familiari”.
