Nuove regole per il blocco delle esportazioni dei vaccini
“Nuovi criteri per il blocco dell’esportazione dei vaccini. La Commissione UE ha scelto di tener conto anche di cosa fa il Paese verso cui il vaccino è diretto. Ad esempio, la Commissione potrebbe anche bloccare l’esportazione verso un Paese in cui c’è già un’alta percentuale di vaccinati (fermo restando, comunque, il blocco delle esportazioni per chi non rispetta i contratti)”.
Vaccino russo “una possibilità”, ma non adesso
“Sono in gioco le vite delle persone, ma se non si riesce ad arrivare ad un accordo con l’Europa l’Italia valuterà se ci sono le condizioni per autorizzare, da sola, il vaccino Sputnik in Italia. Ma attenzione, perché lo Sputnik ha una produzione limitata. Inoltre, sullo Sputnik l’EMA non si pronuncerà prima di tre o quattro mesi“.
Il Governo non accetta che ci siano operatori non vaccinati in contatto con malati
“Il Presidente del Consiglio, Mario Draghi, ritiene sia inconcepibile che ci siano operatori del sistema sanitario (una piccola quota) che non sono vaccinati e nonostante ciò siano a contatto con pazienti malati. Per questo motivo è al vaglio la possibilità di approvare un decreto ad hoc”.
Novità sul Decreto Covid: riapertura delle scuole
“Confermata la riapertura delle scuole nelle zone rosse, ma solo fino alla prima media. In alcuni casi sarà possibile effettuare dei test con tamponi, ma non sarà una decisione estensiva. I contagi stanno diminuendo (Rt a 1,08, tasso di incidenza sceso sotto i 250 casi ogni 100 mila abitanti), nonostante la situazione resti critica e preoccupante. Questo spazio abbiamo deciso di utilizzarlo per le scuole, ma aprire ulteriormente vorrebbe dire dare una spinta ai contagi. Non sono le scuole a far aumentare i contagi, ma tutto quello che circonda la scuola”.

“Matteo Salvini si è detto critico rispetto alla decisione di chiudere tutta Italia per tutto aprile? Dipende dai dati. Purtroppo il Governo non può fare altrimenti visto che la situazione è ancora critica e le misure attuate in questi mesi hanno dimostrato di essere funzionali. Sulla proroga dello Stato di emergenza non abbiamo ancora pensato a nulla. Le vacanze di questa estate non saranno a rischio“.
Confermata la sospensione della zona gialla fino al 30 aprile
“Al termine della conferenza Mario Draghi è ritornato sull’ultimo Decreto Covid che entrerà in vigore dal 7 aprile. Confermato il blocco della zona gialla fino al 30 aprile, l’Italia oscillerà tra arancione e rosso per tutto il prossimo mese. Il Governo sta comunque preparando un nuovo Decreto Sostegni (ma non si è ancora discusso dell’entità).Se ci saranno le condizioni, comunque, sarà possibile un allentamento delle restrizioni già prima del 30 aprile”.
