Sono queste le parole che l’ex agente fotografico Fabrizio Corona avrebbe pronunciato nel pomeriggio di oggi, lunedì 8 marzo, davanti ai giudici del Tribunale della Sorveglianza di Milano. Nei prossimi giorni, il Tribunale dovrà infatti stabilire se Corona tornerà in carcere o meno. Il fotografo è infatti accusato di aver violato le regole imposte dai magistrati nel dicembre 2019 quando gli erano stati concessi i domiciliari.
Negli appunti, pubblicati nelle stories su Instagram, Corona scrive: “Sono un essere umano, non un criminale”. E proprio l’uso dei social potrebbe essere uno dei motivi per i quali i giudici potrebbero revocare i domiciliari. Il giudice Martina Corti, lo scorso autunno, aveva portato avanti la richiesta considerato che non erano state rispettate diverse imposizioni. Tra queste ultime il non utilizzo dei social e la richiesta di non partecipare ai programmi televisivi.
Nonostante i moniti dei giudici, il fotografo ha continuato a violare le regole partecipando a diversi programmi – come la trasmissione di Barbara D’Urso dove commentò una telefonata con la sua ex compagna Nina Moric – e continuando a usare i social. In ogni caso, Corona potrà tornare libero tra due anni e sei mesi a meno che la Corte di Cassazione non decida di riconsiderare i nove mesi che Corona ha trascorso in regime di affidamento e che il Tribunale di Sorveglianza aveva deciso di revocare proprio a causa delle continue violazioni.
