Vaccino Covid – Una distribuzione dei vaccini anti Covid nelle Regioni seguendo nuovi criteri, tra cui la densità abitativa, il tema della mobilità, e il contributo che ciascuna Regione dà al Pil nazionale.
Sarebbero questi, si apprende, i punti cardine di una lettera che l’assessore al Welfare e vicepresidente della Lombardia, Letizia Moratti, invierà domani al commissario straordinario Domenico Arcuri per chiedere di ripensare l’attuale approvvigionamento di dosi. Un criterio, questo, che non trova d’accordo il Movimento 5 Stelle in Lombardia.
“Merita una discussione immediata in Consiglio: i criteri elencati al momento ci sembrano discutibili se non discriminatori”, sottolinea il capogruppo in consiglio regionale, Massimo De Rosa. “Abbiamo preteso che di qui in avanti le decisioni siano trasparenti, chiare, legate ai bisogni reali dei territori e che sia il Consiglio, e non altre sedi, il luogo delle decisioni nell’interesse dei cittadini”.
Vaccino Covid, la proposta della Moratti
Nell’incontro con l’assessore Moratti, tra l’altro, “non abbiamo ottenuto purtroppo nessuna risposta rispetto al contro dossier annunciato da Fontana per riportare la Lombardia in zona arancione e sui fantomatici dati in miglioramento. Auspichiamo ovviamente un’uscita rapida dalla zona rossa ma sulla base di dati scientifici certi: le dichiarazioni a stampa non bastano”.
Il riferimento al Pil come criterio per distribuire i vaccini tra le Regioni, precisa l’assessorato al Welfare, non si riferisce alla “ricchezza” di un territorio (e quindi dei suoi abitanti) ma al numero delle sue imprese e quindi alla capacità di favorire “un riavvio del motore economico del Paese”.
La lettera che il neo-assessore invierà domani al commissario Domenico Arcuri contiene sì la richiesta di quattro nuovi parametri per l’approvvigionamento di dosi – mobilità, incidenza della pandemia, densità della popolazione e Pil – ma l’ultimo punto, il più controverso, farebbe riferimento, spiegano dall’assessorato, alla densità delle attività produttive in una Regione. Una distribuzione dei vaccini capace di farle ripartire a pieno ritmo sarebbe funzionale a migliorare lo stato di salute dell’economia di tutto il Paese.
