A riportarle è l’edizione online de Il Messaggero che svela alcuni episodi poco piacevoli avvenuti a Roma per alcuni genitori di bimbi molto piccoli che frequentano asili e scuole elementari. Come qualcuno aveva preannunciato infatti, la ripresa delle scuole sta provocando caos e problemi.
A chi si chiedeva: “E cosa succederà se mio figlio avrà un semplice raffreddore?“, c’è una risposta. O meglio, ci sono dei casi da cui prendere esempio avvenuti nella capitale in queste ore. Il Messaggero riporta le storie di Lavinia, 23 mesi, che 4 giorni fa all’asilo aveva un po’ di raffreddore ed è stata rimandata a casa.
La mamma ha chiamato la pediatra della Asl che le ha prescritto subito un tampone: a neanche due anni, per un raffreddore. Risultato? Bimba al pronto soccorso del Bambino Gesù, tampone fatto e risultato fortunatamente negativo.

Storia simile raccontata sempre dal Messaggero anche per Leonardo, 4 anni, due giorni fa aveva invece febbre a 37.5. Senza neanche essere visitato dal suo pediatra, gli è stato prescritto per precauzione un tampone dopo neanche 24 ore dalla comparsa della febbre.
Stessa trafila: tampone negativo. Ma di bimbi come Lavinia e Leonardo in questi giorni di inizio anno scolastico ce ne sono stati tantissimi: così piccoli e costretti a sottoporsi ad analisi così invasive per un raffreddore o qualche colpo di tosse. E le mamme ora si chiedono: ma è davvero così necessario?
Dal canto loro infatti i genitori sono furiosi, soprattutto in vista dell’arrivo dell’autunno e dei frequenti raffreddori e influenze: “Che facciamo: sottoponiamo i nostri figli ad un tampone al mese se va bene?”, si sfoga Giulia, mamma di Lucrezia che ha 3 anni. A ogni starnuto saltiamo un giorno di lavoro e andiamo a fare il tampone? Passiamo una giornata al pronto soccorso con il rischio di prendercelo davvero? E a novembre, dicembre, cosa succederà?”
Tutte domande lecite ovviamente, che tra l’altro al momento non conoscono risposta.
