Speranza alla Camera – Il ministro della Salute Roberto Speranza, riferisce alle Camere sulle nuove misure contenute nel Dpcm che entrerà in vigore il 16 gennaio e sulla proroga dell’emergenza per far fronte al Covid:
“Non c’è altra strada che l’unità per affrontare l’emergenza più grave dal dopoguerra. Attenzione, il virus è tornato a circolare molto pericolosamente. Quando tutti i parametri peggiorano contemporaneamente abbiamo l’obbligo di prendere nuove misure e il governo ritiene inevitabile prorogare al 30 aprile lo stato di emergenza”.
“Siamo all’ultimo miglio di questa battaglia, serve una leale collaborazione, uno sforzo unitario per combattere il virus: i prossimi mesi saranno difficili”, ha aggiunto.
Per poi parlare del vaccino: “Con il vaccino vediamo la luce in fondo al tunnel, ma non abbiamo ancora vinto. La nottata non è ancora passata”. Dopo le comunicazioni al Parlamento e un ulteriore passaggio con le Regioni, dovrebbe esserci il Consiglio dei ministri per il via libera ai provvedimenti. Speranza ha confermato la divisione in fasce di rischio per l’Italia: secondo quanto si apprende, le ordinanze del ministro con le nuove classificazioni delle regioni arriveranno venerdì.

“Nei prossimi mesi sarà tutto terribilmente complicato, teniamo fuori dalla battaglia politica la salute degli italiani, sarebbe errore imperdonabile rallentare a pochi metri dal traguardo, nell’ultimo miglio”, ha sottolineato Speranza. “Ora sappiamo che il Covid ha i mesi contati e con i vaccini sconfiggeremo questo virus – ha spiegato il ministro -. La scienza sta illuminando la strada che ci porterà fuori da questa stagione terribile e dobbiamo investire sempre di più sulla scienza. Però non abbiamo ancora vinto e non dobbiamo sbagliare la lettura di questa fase decisiva”.
“Siamo alle prime battute di una lunga e difficile maratona – ha quindi ribadito -. Lasciamo fuori dalla polemiche politiche la campagna di vaccinazione, lo dico con lo stesso spirito a maggioranza e opposizione. Non macchiamola con polemiche che fanno male a tutti. Unità, unità, unità”.
Nel nuovo dpcm, Speranza ha affermato che è intenzione del governo confermare il divieto di spostamento tra le regioni anche in zona gialla, vietare l’asporto dopo le 18 dai bar e stabilire l’ingresso in area arancione di tutte le regioni a rischio alto. Tra le misure allo studio del governo c’è anche la possibilità di riaprire i musei nelle regioni in area gialla.
“Oltre alle aree rosse, arancioni e gialle, il governo ha intenzione di prevedere anche una quarta area, bianca, solo con incidenza sotto i 50 casi ogni 100mila abitanti e Rt sotto a 1”, fermo restando le misure delle mascherine e del distanziamento. Con l’area bianca, ha tenuto a precisare il ministro, si inizia a indicare un nuovo percorso.
“Questa settimana c’è un peggioramento generale della situazione epidemiologica in Italia, aumentano le terapie intensive, l’indice Rt e focolai sconosciuti – ha rilevato Speranza -. Non facciamoci fuorviare. L’epidemia è nuovamente in una fase espansiva”.
Secondo l’ultimo monitoraggio della cabina di regia – riportato da Speranza nelle comunicazioni alla Camera – “12 regioni e province autonome sono ad alto rischio, 8 sono a rischio moderato di cui 2 in progressione a rischio alto, e una sola regione è a rischio basso”.
Speranza nel corso dell’informativa ha parlato anche della situazione vaccini: “Siamo ragionevolmente fiduciosi che un aumento delle dosi disponibili avverrà in tempi non lunghi, aspettiamo fiducioso certi che Ema e Aifa non perderanno neanche un giorno nel loro lavoro – ha spiegato -. Vogliamo correre ma dobbiamo farlo nell’assoluta sicurezza, ecco perché dobbiamo dare agli scienziati tutto il tempo necessario per completare il loro lavoro”.
Poi l’annuncio: “Nel primo trimestre 2021 è attesa l’autorizzazione anche del vaccino di Johnson & Johnson. I risultati del vaccino italiano ReiThera sono molto incoraggianti. Stiamo lavorando parallelamente ad organizzare le forze e l’Italia è pronta a mettere in campo una squadra forte: si aggiungeranno 40mila medici ed entreranno anche le farmacie in campo”.
“In un clima positivo di dialogo sono convinto che la stragrande maggioranza degli italiani deciderà di vaccinarsi senza ricorrere all’obbligo – ha quindi sottolineato -. Per il governo resta comunque fondamentale l’obiettivo dell’immunità di gregge che perseguiamo con ogni energia”.
Per il ministro, “è una soddisfazione per tutti vedere che oggi siamo i primi in Ue per somministrazione dei vaccini anti-Covid”.
