Sileri a Domenica In – Il vice Ministro della Salute Pierpaolo Sileri è intervenuto in diretta nel corso della puntata di oggi 3 gennaio 2021 di Domenica In. Sileri ha parlato a Rai 1 della situazione legata ai vaccini e non solo, rispondendo alle domande di Mara Venier. Ecco le sue parole riportate dall’edizione online de Il Tempo:
“Il vaccino arriverà in dosi scaglionate. Siamo partiti con Pfizer perché è stato approvato dall’ente regolatore europeo, poi aspettiamo Moderna, AstraZeneca e gli altri vaccini. Quando saranno tutti approvati basteranno a vaccinare tutta la popolazione italiana. Nell’arco del primo semestre tutte le ditte saranno disponibili e la vaccinazione andrà avanti per tutto il 2021. Chi deve essere protetto fin da subito? Tutti gli operatori sanitari, gli anziani perché se si ammalano vanno più facilmente incontro a complicanze gravi e morte e a seguire il resto della popolazione”.
Sileri a Domenica In, le parole del vice ministro della Salute
Mara Venier ha chiesto: “Come sarà chiamato il cittadino alla vaccinazione?” e Sileri: “Questa è la seconda fase quando il vaccino sarà disponibile per tutti. Ci sarà una rete territoriale, una rete ospedaliera e saranno coinvolti i medici di medicina generale e i pediatri. A oggi, il vaccino viene fatto a chi ha oltre 16 anni di età ed è prevalentemente indicato per gli anziani. Sarà creata una lista con le priorità: da chi ha comorbidità a chi è a rischio. La vaccinazione è doppia. Si parte con una prima dose e un richiamo ravvicinato. Questa metodica vale per tutti i tipi di vaccino, non solo per il Pfizer: una dose, dopo 21 giorni la seconda“.
“Tranne Pfizer che è a -75° e Moderna che è a -20°, gli altri vaccini sono sovrapponibili a quelli antiinfluenzale, cioè basta la temperatura di un frigorifero normale. Per le dosi dobbiamo aspettare la certificazione dell’ente regolatorio dopo che ha valutato i dati. Chiaramente un vaccino a -75° significa che devi tirare fuori la scatola e vaccinare subito, uno che si conserva tre 0 e 4° può essere fatto ovunque. Anche all’interno delle farmacie, ma lo inoculerà sempre un medico. Ad esempio anche gli odontoiatri si sono offerti per la vaccinazione attiva”.
