Restrizioni Covid – Lockdown locali sempre più diffusi che porteranno buona parte dell’Italia in rosso e un monitoraggio costante dell’andamento della curva del virus, per essere pronti ad intervenire con “il massimo rigore” nel caso le varianti dovessero far salire in maniera esponenziale i contagi.
Il governo si prepara ad affrontare un’altra settimana difficile nella lotta al Covid, consapevole che potrebbe esser chiamato ad adottare ulteriori provvedimenti nonostante il primo Dpcm firmato dal premier Mario Draghi sia in vigore da sole 24 ore.
I numeri confermano la preoccupazione espressa degli scienziati, che più volte nei giorni scorsi hanno ribadito la necessità di rafforzare e innalzare le misure a livello nazionale e locale e di ridurre drasticamente la mobilità e le interazioni tra i cittadini: anche oggi quasi 21mila nuovi positivi, il tasso di positività che sale di ben un punto e si assesta al 7,6% e altri 207 morti, con il numero delle vittime che nelle prossime ore supererà la cifra, inimmaginabile un anno fa, di 100mila dall’inizio dell’emergenza. Non solo. Nei reparti ordinari degli ospedali ci sono stati altri 443 ingressi in 24 ore, con il totale dei ricoverati che è tornato sopra i 21mila.
Restrizioni Covid, novità in vista per gli italiani
E le terapie intensive crescono costantemente da 18 giorni: oggi ci sono 2.605 pazienti, oltre 500 in più in due settimane. Nove regioni, inoltre, hanno superato la soglia critica del 30% di occupazione dei posti in rianimazione. Tutti chiari sintomi che la curva continua a crescere inesorabilmente. “Questo sarà un mese complicato” ammette il ministro della Salute Roberto Speranza ribadendo come le varianti abbiano “prodotto una nuova fase di accelerazione dell’epidemia”, con il virus che “oggi è più capace di correre” rispetto ai mesi scorsi.
Bisognerà dunque intervenire, anche se dal governo continuano a ripetere che al momento non si sta ragionando di un lockdown generale, se non altro perché la situazione è molto diversa da regione a regione. Basta vedere i dati quotidiani: su quasi 21mila positivi, più della metà sono in tre regioni, Lombardia ( quasi 4.400 casi), Emilia Romagna (3.056) e Campania (2.560) mentre in altre 8 non si raggiungono i 500 casi. “Oggi abbiamo un’enorme differenziazione tra territori e il modello costruito serve proprio a evidenziare queste differenze” dice Speranza confermando dunque che si andrà avanti con il sistema delle fasce. Ciò non significa però che non ci sarà una stretta, anzi.
“Monitoriamo la curva e verificheremo sulla base della proporzionalità quali siano le misure più adeguate. Mi aspetto nei prossimi giorni e nelle prossime settimane che la curva possa salire ancora e dunque mi aspetto altre regioni in rosso”. In attesa del passaggio di fascia, che ci sarà venerdì con il nuovo monitoraggio, sono comunque sindaci e governatori ad intervenire. Da lunedì la provincia di Frosinone si andrà ad aggiungere alle altre decine già in rosso, mentre a Firenze il sindaco Dario Nardella ha annunciato limitazioni alla mobilità in determinati momenti e luoghi della città.
Diversi anche gli interventi in varie città per evitare gli assembramenti, con le forze di polizia che nelle ultime 24 ore hanno controllato 92mila persone, sanzionandone 1.800, e quasi 13mila negozi. Sui Navigli a Milano sono scattati i blocchi ai punti di accesso alla Darsena per limitare la presenza dei giovani all’ora dell’aperitivo, mentre a Roma i controlli non hanno portato alla chiusura delle zone della movida come accaduto ieri.
In Sardegna invece il primo sabato in zona bianca si è chiuso con una maxi rissa con lancio di bottiglie e sedie nel centro di Nuoro, con protagonisti una ventina di giovani tutti senza mascherine. Se poi non dovessero bastare le misure a livello locale, sul tavolo del governo ci sono una serie di ipotesi che potrebbero essere adottate in vista di Pasqua: dalla proroga del divieto di spostamento, che scade il 27 marzo e già viene data per scontata, al coprifuoco anticipato fino ad un innalzamento delle restrizioni come avvenne nel periodo di Natale. Tutti interventi per cercare di evitare fino alla fine un lockdown generale che metterebbe ulteriormente in ginocchio l’economia.
