Regione Lombardia – Arriva la nuova ordinanza per ridurre i contagi. Le ultime notizie sul coronavirus dalla Lombardia, da Milano e da tutta l’Italia 24 ore su 24 gli aggiornamenti e le decisioni sulla didattica a distanza.
Nuova ordinanza per provare a contenere la pandemia da Covid-19.
Dopo l’aumento vertiginoso dei casi di Milano, e non solo, la Regione ha emanato un’ordinanza con diverse disposizioni.
Attilio Fontana, Presidente della Regione Lombardia, ha firmato la stessa dopo essersi confrontato con i sindaci lombardi, con il Prefetto di Milano e con il Ministro della Salute, Roberto Speranza.
L’ordinanza, già entrata in vigore oggi, sabato 17 ottobre 2020 fino, almeno, al 6 novembre principalmente prevede, oltre la didattica a distanza parziale, gli stop a:
- Alcolici per strada la sera tardi e più controlli
- Sport di contatto
- Visite nelle RSA
- Sale giochi, slot e centri scommesse
Regione Lombardia, l’ordinanza punto per punto
Stop agli alcolici per strada la sera tardi e più controlli
Le attività di somministrazione di alimenti e bevande sia su area pubblica che su area privata (fra cui bar, pub, ristoranti, gelaterie, pasticcerie, rosticcerie, pizzerie, chioschi) sono consentite sino alle ore 24; in tali attività dopo le ore 18 il consumo di alimenti e bevande è consentito esclusivamente ai tavoli; la misura di cui al presente punto non si applica agli esercizi situati lungo le autostrade e nelle aerostazioni;
E’ vietata la vendita per asporto di qualsiasi bevanda alcolica da parte di tutte le tipologie di esercizi pubblici, nonché da parte degli esercizi commerciali e delle attività artigianali dalle ore 18. Resta sempre consentita la ristorazione con consegna a domicilio;
Sono chiusi dalle 18 alle 6 i distributori automatici cosiddetti “h24” che distribuiscono bevande e alimenti confezionati, con affaccio sulla pubblica via; tale misura non si applica ai distributori automatici di latte e acqua;
E’ vietata dalle 18 alle 6 la consumazione di alimenti e bevande su aree pubbliche;
E’ sempre vietato il consumo di bevande alcoliche di qualsiasi gradazione nelle aree pubbliche compresi parchi, giardini e ville aperte al pubblico;
I sindaci possono adottare ulteriori misure restrittive, anche in relazione al divieto assoluto di assembramento, e devono assicurare massima collaborazione ai fini del controllo sul rispetto delle presenti misure.
Stop agli sport di contatto
Sono sospese tutte le gare, le competizioni e le altre attività, anche di allenamento, degli sport di contatto.
Come individuati con provvedimento del Ministro dello Sport del 13 ottobre 2020, svolti a livello regionale o locale sia agonistico che di base dalle associazioni e società dilettantistiche.
Stop alle visite nelle RSA
L’accesso alle strutture delle unità di offerta residenziali della Rete territoriale da parte di familiari/caregiver e conoscenti degli utenti ivi presenti è vietata.
Salvo autorizzazione del responsabile medico ovvero del Referente COVID-19 della struttura stessa.
(Esempio: situazioni di fine vita) e, comunque, previa rilevazione della temperatura corporea all’entrata e l’adozione di tutte le misure necessarie ad impedire il contagio.
Stop a sale giochi, slot e centri scommesse
Sono sospese le attività delle sale giochi, sale scommesse e sale bingo;
E’ sospeso il gioco operato con dispositivi elettronici del tipo ‘slot machines, comunque denominati, situati all’interno degli esercizi pubblici, degli esercizi commerciali e di rivendita di monopoli.
Fontana: “Sono meno preoccupato di marzo”
“Le nuove misure non saranno drammatiche”.
Lo ha detto il presidente della Lombardia Attilio Fontana, dopo l’incontro con i sindaci in videoconferenza parlando della prossima ordinanza che potrebbe essere emanata tra questa sera e domani.
“I lombardi posso essere meno preoccupati – ha aggiunto rispondendo ad una domanda – ma devono essere attenti alle misure altrimenti c’è il rischio che l’epidemia degeneri” “Io – ha anche detto – sono meno preoccupato che a marzo”.
Le misure sono quelle decise durante l’incontro con i sindaci della Lombardia e i capigruppo in Consiglio regionale a cui ha partecipato anche il prefetto di Milano Renato Saccone.
