Sapeva di essere positivo al Covid e che, per questo motivo, avrebbe dovuto starsene in isolamento domiciliare. Ma a una Pasquetta con gli amici a base di birra, sole, carne alla griglia, proprio non voleva rinunciare. Pessima idea. Per un ragazzo 25enne di Seregno, nel Monzese, la festa è finita con la denuncia penale per violazione della legge per la tutela della salute pubblica modificata lo scorso anno, che prevede l’arresto da 3 a 18 mesi e l’ammenda da 500 a 5000 euro.
Le conseguenze, tuttavia, potrebbero essere anche peggiori: nel caso qualche amico contragga il virus a causa di questa Pasquetta clandestina, scatterebbe anche il più grave reato di epidemia colposa. Su segnalazione di alcuni cittadini, i carabinieri della compagnia di Seregno sono andati a casa del 25enne – una villa in centro – dove hanno trovato il proprietario e nove amici (ragazze e ragazzi tra i 20 e i 25 anni) che festeggiavano insieme. I presenti sono stati identificati e mandati a casa. Dopo qualche ora, però, i carabinieri hanno visto uscire dalla stessa abitazione altri otto giovani che si erano nascosti in casa durante il primo controllo. Anche per questi ultimi sono scattate le sanzioni del caso.
