Nuove misure anti-Covid – La decisione finale è rinviata a venerdì in Consiglio dei ministri, anche perché per un quadro definitivo della nuova stretta anti-Covid sono necessari dati più aggiornati sui contagi rispetto a quelli sul tavolo della cabina di regia riunitarsi nel pomeriggio a Palazzo Chigi sotto la presidenza di Mario Draghi.
E dunque, se il governo dovesse decidere una stretta ai weekend come avvenuto per Natale, è assai improbabile che avvenga già da sabato visto che Draghi ha assicurato che ogni decisione sarà comunicata con largo anticipo per non danneggiare ulteriormente le categorie produttive e permettere ai cittadini di organizzarsi.
Un’ora e mezzo di dibattito sul parere del Comitato tecnico scientifico sulla necessità di nuove restrizioni e poi il rinvio a domani in attesa di dati più aggiornati sull’andamento dei contagi che l’Istituto superiore di sanità dovrebbe far arrivare già stasera.
Nuove misure anti-Covid, la stretta per Pasqua
In serata però Stefano Patuanelli, capo della delegazione M5s al governo e membro della cabina di regia, nonché ministro delle Politiche agricole, ha anticipato a Porta a Porta in onda questa sera su Rai1 che il modello della zonazione a colori “deve essere mantenuto e quindi con misure più restrittive dove i 21 parametri delle misure di contagio definite per legge sono più alti. Comunque, nel periodo pasquale alcune misure più restrittive andranno implementate, come abbiamo fatto a Natale: zone rosse nei festivi e prefestivi nel periodo intorno a Pasqua”.
Su Pasqua, Sabato Santo e Pasquetta, “le prossime 48 ore saranno dedicate alla condivisione del percorso con le Regioni e poi alla condivisione alla popolazione” ha precisato Patuanelli.
Il dibattito sulle chiusure, ha aggiunto, “è ovvio che ci sia perché la situazione ci porta come sempre a mettere al centro un principio di precauzione, ma dopo un anno di pandemia c’è un tessuto economico molto provato. È chiaro che c’è una discrasìa tra l’esigenza di mettere in campo misure di contenimento della pandemia durante la campagna vaccinale e dall’altra bisogno sostenere le attività economiche che soffrono. Non c’è in realtà un’ala aperturista e una ristrettiva, c’è un normale dibattito nel Cts, Comitato tecnico scientifico, e di conseguenza anche nella cabina di regia questo dibattito c’è”.
Nessuna decisione dunque almeno fino a giovedì sulle modifiche al Dpcm entrato in vigore appena 4 giorni fa. Alla cabina di regia hanno partecipato il presidente del Consiglio e i capi delegazione dei partiti di maggioranza: Maria Stella Gelmini, Dario Franceschini per il Pd, Elena Bonetti per Italia viva, Giancarlo Giorgetti per la Lega, il ministro della Salute Roberto Speranza (Leu) e i ministri Daniele Franco, Stefano Patuanelli, Patrizio Bianchi.
Presenti a Palazzo Chigi anche il sottosegretario di Stato alla presidenza del Consiglio Roberto Garofoli, il segretario generale Roberto Chieppa, il capo di Gabinetto di Draghi, Antonio Funiciello, il presidente dell’Istituto superiore di Sanità, Silvio Brusaferro, e il direttore del Consiglio superiore di Sanità, Franco Locatelli.
Sempre per giovedì è in programma il confronto con le Regioni, anche loro divise sull’opportunità di adottare ulteriori misure restrittive a livello nazionale o solo mirate. L’ulteriore rinvio mette sempre più in forse l’ipotesi che eventuali nuove misure, a cominciare dalla stretta nei weekend, possano entrare in vigore già sabato visto che il nuovo governo ha fatto della comunicazione con largo anticipo delle misure una delle sue bandiere e che i tempi ormai da qui al weekend sono troppo ravvicinati.
A preoccupare l’esecutivo è l’impennata dei contagi provocata dalle varianti del coronavirus e l’aumento dei pazienti ricoverati in terapia. L’intenzione di Draghi, quindi, è di agire in fretta per evitare il collasso dei reparti negli ospedali e dare un’accelerata alle vaccinazioni. Per questo motivo, il governo varerà entro venerdì un nuovo Dpcm. Nel corso del vertice di questo pomeriggio con i capi delegazione della maggioranza il presidente del Consiglio cercherà di trovare una mediazione tra i rigoristi, come Speranza e Franceschini, e chi invece vorrebbe misure più blande come la Lega.
