Modifiche DPCM Draghi – A pochi giorni dall’entrata in vigore del primo Dpcm del governo Draghi, l’esecutivo è al lavoro per modificarlo. Già oggi infatti, si riunirà (alle 17) la cabina di regia che dovrà decidere in che modo inasprire diverse delle misure in essere, accogliendo le indicazioni allarmate del Comitato tecnico scientifico.
Una stretta che con grande probabilità riguarderà già questo fine settimana (13-14 marzo), perché i numeri del contagio – i nuovi positivi ieri hanno sfiorato quota 20mila – non sembrano consentire ulteriori tentennamenti.
Come aveva peraltro chiarito anche l’Istituto superiore di sanità la scorsa settimana dopo aver ricevuto i dati dalle Regioni, è necessario un «immediato rafforzamento» delle misure associate «a ciascun “colore” in considerazione della necessità di contrastare la maggior trasmissibilità».
L’obiettivo è riportare l’indice Rt nazionale, ora a 1.06, nuovamente sotto l’1, soglia che classificherebbe l’intera Penisola (in media ovviamente) in zona gialla.
Modifiche DPCM Draghi, le novità di oggi
Per questo, un po’ come avvenuto durante le festività natalizie, si torna alle chiusure diffuse nei weekend. L’obiettivo è tenere meno persone possibile in giro il sabato e la domenica. Resta però da capire, e dovrà farlo la cabina di regia, se si vorranno adottare restrizioni da zona rossa (spostamenti vietati anche all’interno del proprio comune eccetto che per motivi di lavoro, salute e urgenza) oppure come indicato anche dal Cts portare tutto il territorio nazionale in fascia arancione per 48 ore, lasciando che gli italiani possano spostarsi entro i limiti del coprifuoco dalle 5 alle 22 ma solo all’interno del territorio del comune di residenza.
Non solo, i tecnici hanno spinto anche per un inasprimento delle zone rosse che è la prosecuzione della strada intrapresa con la decisione di fissare la chiusura automatica delle scuole una volta raggiunta la soglia di 250 casi ogni 100mila abitanti in 7 giorni. Con lo stesso livello di contagio, e quindi in zona rossa, sarà necessario inasprire anche le altre misure.
Per cui saranno chiusi locali pubblici e negozi, vietati gli spostamenti, consentita l’attività motoria soltanto nelle adiacenze della propria abitazione. A prescindere dal colore quindi, per lo stesso principio di precauzione, nei fine settimana ci sarà la chiusura di bar e ristoranti (anche per le regioni ora in fascia gialla) per tutto il girono, con consentito come sempre solo l’asporto e la consegna a domicilio.
È stata convocata per le 17 di oggi a Palazzo Chigi la cabina di regia del Governo, che si riunirà per valutare le ulteriori misure anti-Covid da mettere in campo alla luce delle ultime indicazioni del Comitato Tecnico Scientifico. Le valutazioni saranno poi portate all’attenzione delle Regioni per una condivisione.
