È “necessaria”, afferma il documento, “una rapida analisi del rischio sub-regionale per il tempestivo innalzamento delle misure di contenimento”.
Allerta terapie intensive soprattutto in dieci Regioni.
In Italia l’epidemia di Covid19 è entrata “in una fase acuta con aumento progressivo nel numero dei casi”, e il virus “oggi circola in tutto il Paese”, con l’indice di contagiosità Rt a livello nazionale che è arrivato a 1,17, calcolato sui casi sintomatici. Lo rileva il monitoraggio settimanale ministero della Salute-Iss relativo al periodo fra il 5 e l’11 ottobre
Il report spiega che ci sono “evidenze di criticità nei servizi territoriali ed aumenti nel tasso di occupazione dei posti letto in terapia intensiva e area medica che rischiano, in alcune Regioni, di raggiungere i valori critici nel prossimo mese”.
L’allerta per la tenuta delle terapie intensive riguarda soprattutto dieci Regioni, nelle quali il rischio è definito alto. Sono Abruzzo, Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, Lombardia, Puglia, Sardegna, Toscana, Umbria e Valle d’Aosta.
Secondo il Monitoraggio del ministero della Salute e Iss, queste Regioni hanno una probabilità da alta a massima di superare la soglia del 30% delle terapie intensive occupate da pazienti Covid nel prossimo mese.
Le regioni segnalate con il livello più alto di rischio per questo parametro sono la Lombardia e la Liguria.

“Il virus oggi circola in tutto il Paese“, spiega il report. Nella settimana considerata è stato osservato un forte incremento dei casi, che dal 28 settembre all’11 ottobre ha portato l’incidenza cumulativa a 75 per 100.000 abitanti, contro i 44,37 per 100.00 del periodo compreso fra il 21 settembre e il 4 ottobre.
In 16 Regioni e nelle 2 Province autonome di Trento e Bolzano il valore dell’indice di trasmissibilità Rt è sopra l’1. Il valore più alto si registra in Valle d’Aosta (1.53), seguita da Piemonte (1.39) e Provincia autonoma di Bolzano (1.32). Tre le Regioni con Rt pari a 1 o sotto 1. Si tratta di Basilicata (1), Calabria (0.94), Molise (0.83).
Questi i valori dell’indice Rt nelle singole Regioni e Province autonome: Abruzzo 1.18 , Basilicata 1, Calabria 0.94, Campania 1.29, Emilia Romagna 1.12, Friuli Venezia Giulia 1.24, Lazio 1.14, Liguria 1.02, Lombardia 1.15, Marche 1.14, Molise 0.83, PA Bolzano 1.32, Piemonte 1.39, PA Trento 1.15, Puglia 1.14, Sardegna 1.1, Sicilia 1.23, Toscana 1.28, Umbria 1.4, Valle d’Aosta 1.53, Veneto 1.15
