Io apro 1501 – Ha già raccolto oltre 50mila adesioni da tutta italia “ioapro“, l’iniziativa social che invita i ristoratori a restare aperti, a partire dal 15 gennaio, contro le restrizioni anti Covid imposte dal governo. “E’ una questione di sopravvivenza, siamo al punto di non ritorno, ma ci proviamo lo stesso”, spiega Umberto Carriera, il ristoratore “ribelle” di Pesaro che ha collezionato multe e sospensioni per aver aperto alcuni suoi locali malgrado i divieti.
“Non è una protesta o una manifestazione di un giorno, è sopravvivenza: siamo al collasso, non possiamo più pagare dipendenti, bollette, mutui”.
Spronato dalle domande di Salvini, che lo ha invitato per un confronto sulla sua pagina Facebook, Carriera ha spiegato che “ci stanno contattando migliaia di persone, anche palestre, piscine e mondo dello spettacolo. E anche i cittadini ci sostengono, ci chiedono di riaprire”.
Per quanto riguarda le sanzioni, “ci stiamo tutelando grazie a una task force di 30 avvocati per i commercianti e anche per i clienti. Le loro multe le prendiamo noi, ci pensiamo noi a gestirle, e prepareremo centinaia di migliaia di ricorsi”.
