Con queste parole, pronunciate al termine della riunione ministeriale del G20 sul turismo, il presidente del Consiglio Mario Draghi ha introdotto le prossime mosse per la ripartenza del settore turistico nell’imminente stagione estiva.

“Se c’è un Paese intrecciato con il turismo, che vive di turismo, è il nostro”, ha sottolineato il premier. “È arrivato il momento di prenotare le vostre vacanze in Italia, e naturalmente non vediamo l’ora di riaccogliervi di nuovo“, ha detto rivolgendosi ai turisti stranieri.

Green Pass, le parole di Draghi

“Noi dobbiamo offrire regole chiare, semplici per garantire che i turisti possano venire da noi in sicurezza. A partire dalla seconda metà di giugno sarà pronto il Green pass europeo”, ha spiegato Draghi.

Con il Green pass europeo i turisti potranno spostarsi da un Paese all’altro senza quarantena, a patto che siano guariti dal Covid, vaccinati o negativi a un tampone, molecolare o rapido.

“Nell’attesa il governo italiano ha introdotto un pass verde nazionale, che entrerà in vigore a partire dalla seconda metà di maggio”, ha aggiunto il premier.

Il pass nazionale “permetterà alle persone di muoversi liberamente tra le Regioni“. Il governo, ha spiegato Draghi, ha deciso di non aspettare “la seconda metà di giugno per il pass europeo”, ma ha scelto di introdurre circa un mese prima un ‘lasciapassare’ tutto italiano destinato a chi vuole venire in vacanza nel nostro Paese.

Il pass per gli stranieri segue le linee-guida già indicate nel decreto attualmente in vigore per le ‘certificazioni verdi’, che consentono agli italiani di spostarsi tra Regioni di colore diverso.

Bisognerà dunque avere l’attestato di avvenuta vaccinazione, con entrambe le dosi e solo con i vaccini autorizzati dall’Ema, o il certificato di guarigione dal Covid o un tampone con esito negativo effettuato nelle 48 ore precedenti.

Coprifuoco

L’altra novità potrebbe riguardare il coprifuoco, al momento fissato alle ore 22. Il possibile allargamento delle maglie ha diviso la maggioranza, e verrà affrontato dal governo nel ‘tagliando’ previsto a metà maggio.

“Per quanto riguarda il coprifuoco è già stato ribadito che c’è l’intenzione di rivedere le misure sulla base dell’andamento dei contagi. Sono ragionevolmente fiducioso che la misura in tempi brevi possa essere rivista favorevolmente“, ha detto il ministro del Turismo Massimo Garavaglia a margine della riunione ministeriale con i colleghi stranieri al G20.

“Il settore del turismo è quello che inquadra la quota maggiore di donne e giovani, soprattutto al Sud, e la ripartenza aiuterà queste categorie”, ha aggiunto Garavaglia. Il ministro, ribadendo che “l’importante al momento è aiutare le imprese a riprendere a fatturare più che dare sostegni”, ha evidenziato come il turismo sia “la chiave di di volta per una crescita equilibrata“.

Tutela del turismo

Per tutelare il turismo si sono effettuate, in deroga, vaccinazioni di massa della popolazione delle isole minori. Dalle Eolie alle Egadi, dalle Tremiti alle Pontine, dal Giglio a San Pietro fino a Capri, Ischia e Procida.

Particolarmente interessate sono la Campania e la Sicilia, che vivono di turismo e che stanno per sfidare il piano del governo sulle vaccinazioni. Prossimamente è prevista una riunione con il ministro degli Affari Regionali Mariastella Gelmini, il commissario per l’emergenza Francesco Figliuolo e i rappresentanti dell’Ancim, l’associazione che riunisce i comuni delle isole minori.

Verrà data “massima attenzione anche alla messa in sicurezza degli abitanti delle piccole isole”, ha confermato Figliuolo, sottolineando che si partirà da quelle dove c’è una particolare esposizione ai rischi di contagio o dove non ci sono presidi sanitari adeguati.
