Giulia Bongiorno positiva – Giulia Bongiorno, avvocato penalista e senatrice della Lega nonché ex Ministro della Pubblica Amministrazione, è risultata positiva al Coronavirus. La Bongiorno ha raccontato la sua esperienza ai microfoni di Repubblica in un’intervista apparsa sull’edizione online del quotidiano:
“Sento molte persone incredule nell’essersi scoperte positive al Covid-19 nonostante avessero usato la massima prudenza: nessun indizio permette loro di capire come e quando possano essersi ammalate. Una decina di giorni fa anch’io sono risultata positiva al Covid-19 (sintomi lievi e sto già bene, naturalmente a casa)“.
“Non saprò mai con certezza dove sia avvenuto il contagio, ma di una cosa sono sicura: esistono ‘zone franche’ in cui è impossibile difendersi, zone dove persino il cittadino più scrupoloso è impotente”.
La Bongiorno dice di essere stata sempre attenta, descrive la sensazione di paura per lei e suo figlio, tanto da “averlo ritirato da scuola”. Come riporta l’edizione online di Repubblica, quelle ‘zone franche’ di cui parla, sono le aule di tribunale dove il virus circola, si osservano poco le precauzioni e il rischio di contagio è altissimo.
Ma soprattutto punta il dito contro il ministro della Giustizia, Alfonso Bonafede, che “invece di proteggerci, di metterci in condizione di lavorare in sicurezza si occupa dei problemi interni al Movimento 5 Stelle”.

“Ho smesso di usare l’ascensore perché avevo letto che i droplet prodotti dai colpi di tosse possono resistere all’interno della cabina anche per mezz’ora. Soprattutto negli ultimi mesi, ho preso ogni possibile precauzione, inclusi – oltre alla mascherina – occhialoni e visiera: stavo scomoda e mi rendevo conto di avere un aspetto ridicolo, ma la salute viene molto prima della comodità e dell’estetica”.
Bongiorno ripete di essere stata attentissima, di non aver mai abbassato la guardia. Tanto che: “A settembre, quando ho saputo che un inquilino dell’immobile in cui vivo era risultato positivo al Covid-19, mi sono trasferita altrove; e quando ho visto che nelle scuole cresceva il numero dei contagi, ho addirittura ritirato mio figlio”.
“Ho insomma fatto tutto quello che era in mio potere per evitare il contagio. Ma persino il mio tutto si trasforma in niente se poi ti ritrovi in aule di tribunale senza finestre, pigiata insieme a troppe altre persone, senza il necessario distanziamento. Tutti a respirare nello stesso ambiente angusto, e forse non tutti scrupolosi nel proteggere se stessi e gli altri”.
“Così, cominci a sentire che il collega è malato, poi scopri che lo è anche il pm – continua l’avvocato – E sempre più hai la sensazione del cerchio che si stringe, inesorabile. Perché capisci che in queste condizioni ammalarsi è quasi inevitabile: in aula il distanziamento non è garantito, l’aerazione è insufficiente e gli strumenti informatici o non ci sono, o non funzionano. Ecco, questi sono i tribunali italiani”.
Nelle aule dei tribunali il virus circola e il pericolo di contrarlo è altissimo: “C’è da chiedersi a cosa serve essere rigorosi e attenti fino all’eccesso se poi ci sono posti in cui ogni regola di distanziamento viene disattesa. E fa rabbia che i luoghi deputati alla giustizia facciano parte di queste ‘zone franche'”.
“Ho sentito di un giudice, a Napoli, che tiene udienza in tuta bianca anti-Covid: quando ho visto la sua foto sui giornali non ho pensato che fosse un’esagerazione, al contrario mi sono subito chiesta dove si fosse procurato quella tuta – continua – Quando è in corso una pandemia, l’infezione si trasmette con facilità: ammalarsi è una possibilità concreta. Ma chi governa ha l’obbligo di proteggere i cittadini”.
