Il presidente della Regione Campania Vincenzo De Luca, ha parlato questa mattina a margine della consegna dei nuovi bus acquistati dalla Regione. Il presidente campano si è soffermato sulla questione Covid, ecco le sue parole riportate dall’edizione online de Il Mattino:
“Sono irritato e indignato perché nel nostro Paese non si riesce mai ad avere una misura chiara e che si continuano a prendere mezze misure di demagogia e che allungano i tempi della crisi. Prendano una decisione chiara e forte, come fanno altri paesi come la Germania”.
“È indecente – ha aggiunto – anche l’algoritmo. La Regione più in difficoltà è il Veneto che è in zona gialla da sempre, ancora oggi. È possibile avere queste assurdità in un paese serio?“.

“Io ho la consolazione di averlo detto in anticipo che usciremo prima degli altri e a testa alta – ha aggiunto De Luca – perché abbiamo fatto filtro ad agosto e perché abbiamo chiuso le scuole un mese prima degli altri. Ci salviamo per questo, non per il giallo, l’arancione e queste imbecillità che non servono a niente”.
“Mi è capitato di ascoltare qualche dichiarazione di esponenti di Governo secondo cui dobbiamo consentire alle persone anziane di andare in famiglia nei 2-3 giorni di feste. Questo non è un atto di generosità, è un atto di idiozia e di irresponsabilità”.
“Se facciamo venire nelle feste i nostri anziani – ha aggiunto De Luca – nella gran parte dei casi li condanniamo alle terapie intensive a gennaio. Gli atti di amore consistono oggi nel tenerli tranquilli a casa e nel non portarli nelle feste e nei cenoni, che in questo caso non sono atti di amore o generosità, ma di irresponsabilità verso i nostri anziani e i nostri cari”.
“Abbiamo detto che quest’anno non ci sarà né Natale né Capodanno, se vogliamo essere seri e se non vogliamo, per 2 o 3 giorni di rilassamento, piangere lacrime amare a gennaio”.
De Luca ha rinnovato l’invito ad avere il massimo di prudenza e di senso di responsabilità per fare in modo che possiamo uscire quanto prima possibile dall’epidemia: “Più siamo rigorosi oggi, più stringiamo i tempi per tornare alla normalità; più facciamo i finti caritatevoli oggi, più prolunghiamo di mesi l’epidemia nel nostro Paese”.
