De Luca contro DPCM – Vincenzo De Luca commenta le decisioni del governo dopo l’emanazione del nuovo DPCM che entrerà in vigore domani. Il presidente della Regione Campania posta un messaggio sui suoi social:
“Le decisioni del Governo sulla divisione in zone epidemiologiche dell’Italia hanno creato problemi del tutto prevedibili.Rimango convinto della necessità di misure nazionali unitarie, anche più rigorose, per una azione più efficace di contrasto al Covid, a fronte di una diffusione sostanzialmente omogenea del contagio”.
“Per quello che ci riguarda, sarebbe fuori luogo ogni atteggiamento di autoconsolazione e di rilassamento. La situazione è pesante. E si rischia ora un paradosso: che chi è in zona rossa o arancione fra un mese riapre tutte le attività, avendo frenato il contagio; e chi oggi chiude gli occhi, dovrà bloccare tutto nel periodo natalizio.Deve essere chiaro che da oggi in poi saranno decisivi i comportamenti dei concittadini. Il contagio non scomparirà da solo”.

“E il rischio di avere situazioni drammatiche è dietro l’angolo. Comportamenti irresponsabili, ancora largamente presenti nei nostri territori, rischiano di pregiudicare tutto e di far saltare due dati per noi decisivi che stiamo difendendo con l’impegno straordinario di tutto il personale sanitario: una presenza contenuta nelle terapie intensive, e un numero contenuto di persone che perdono la vita in relazione alla popolazione residente”.
“Ho detto, e ripeto, che dobbiamo considerarci la realtà più esposta, e che dobbiamo adottare prima di altri, e con più rigore, le misure necessarie. Invito i Sindaci a predisporre da oggi la chiusura dei lungomari e di parte dei centri storici nei fine settimana. Non possiamo tollerare che ci siano, in questa situazione, migliaia di persone che vanno a passeggio come se niente fosse”.
“Invito a predisporre attività di controllo e di sanzione per chi ancora oggi, gira senza mascherina.Sollecito infine il Governo a decidere misure immediate per i congedi parentali o i bonus baby-sitter per le mamme impegnate nella cura dei bambini più piccoli. Per il resto, attendiamo di vedere e valutare le misure di ristoro economico annunciate dal Governo, chiarendo da subito che la proroga dei termini ordinari per versamenti Iva e ritenute, non può che essere una misura di carattere generale”.
