Crisanti avverte – Le dichiarazioni del professor Andrea Crisanti riguardo al Covid sulle superfici: ecco cosa ha detto. Le ultime notizie sul coronavirus dall’Italia e dal mondo tutte le ultime news aggiornate in tempo reale 24 ore su 24.

Il professore di microbiologia e microbiologia clinica all’Università di Padova, Andrea Crisanti, è tornato sul tema del tempo di resistenza del Covid sulle superfici. In particolare sulle banconote che tocchiamo ogni giorno.

“Sulle superfici può rimanere una giornata o due, e questo può essere un incentivo ad utilizzare le carte di credito”, spiega Crisanti a Rai Radio1, ospite di Un Giorno da Pecora. Ma anche le carte di credito vengono poi maneggiate da altre persone. Il professore infatti precisa: “Si, è vero, io però ad esempio – spiega Crisanti – quando torno a casa la disinfetto sempre”.

Sui i tempi di permanenza del Coronavirus Sars-CoV-2 sulle varie superfici è stato pubblicato un ampio approfondimento sul portale della Federazione nazionale degli Ordini dei medici (Fnomceo). Su quest’ultimo si puntualizza anche che: “Il lavaggio delle mani costituisce sempre il punto cardine di una corretta prevenzione“. Ma “la pulizia regolare, seguita dalla disinfezione delle superfici e degli ambienti interni, riveste un ruolo cruciale nella prevenzione e nel contenimento” di Covid-19.

Crisanti avverte: “Disinfettate gli oggetti”

E questo al di là del fatto che “il rilevamento della presenza di Rna virale” su una superficie “non indica necessariamente che il virus sia vitale e potenzialmente infettivo”. Quindi, tempistiche di permanenza a parte, “pulire accuratamente con acqua e detergenti neutri le superfici e gli oggetti” è uno dei tre punti fermi che vengono indicati in questa fase dal Centro europeo per la prevenzione e il controllo delle malattie (Ecdc) e dagli statunitensi Cdc, come dall’Oms. Gli altri due sono “garantire sempre ventilazione e ricambio d’aria adeguati“, ricordano i medici, e “disinfettare con prodotti adatti, registrati e autorizzati“.

Queste operazioni devono essere “tanto più accurate e regolari per superfici ad alta frequenza di contatto. Come maniglie, interruttori, servizi igienici, scrivanie, cellulari, tablet, personal computer, occhiali; infine, nel caso vi sia in famiglia un caso sospetto o confermato di persona affetta da Covid-19″.
