Covid Natale – Massimo Galli, esperto infettivologo, past president della Società italiana di malattie infettive e tropicali (Simit) e primario di Malattie infettive all’ospedale Sacco di Milano, è intervenuto in serata al ‘Global Health – Festival della Salute Globale’. Galli si è soffermato sulla questione Natale. Ecco le sue parole riportate da Fanpage.it:
“Alla luce dei numeri, se gli interventi non funzionassero arriveremmo a Natale nel pieno della seconda ondata. Se funzioneranno, dovremo adeguarci a una riapertura graduale e a molte cautele, per non ripetere quanto già successo a Ferragosto”.
Covid Natale, Galli è pessimista sul prossimo dicembre
Ribadendo il concetto anche in serata a Carta Bianca su Rai 3: “Anche nella migliore delle ipotesi non possiamo trasformare il prossimo Natale nel Ferragosto scorso quando ci siamo giocati tutto, perché il virus era alle nostre spalle solo per pugnalarci. Scordiamoci i grandi cenoni con le famiglie allargate”.
“Rispetto alla scorsa primavera, quando la gente era impaurita, ma solidale e disponibile a seguire le disposizioni, ora c’è molta stanchezza e anche molta rabbia. Posizioni irrazionali trovano molto più spazio”
“E’ possibile che nella seconda ondata il virus sia in parte cambiato – ha osservato l’infettivologo – Stiamo cercando di capire quanto questo sia accaduto in Italia”.
