Caos vaccini Roma – Franco Piperno e Clara Perugia, marito e moglie romani, lui 85 anni lei 80 a settembre, si vaccineranno contro il Covid all’ospedale di Tor Vergata il 12 febbraio, con il richiamo già fissato per il 5 marzo.

Detta così, sembra una  non notizia, e così sarebbe se ci trovassimo in Israele e non a Roma, dove oggi alle 7,30 del mattina è partita ufficialmente (anzi, sarebbe dovuta partire) annunciata da settimane (e procrastinata per i ritardi di consegna di Pfizer) la prenotazione vaccinale indetta dalla Regione Lazio per la popolazione over 80.  La notizia però c’è: e consiste nel fatto che per ottenere la prenotazione ci sono volute ben sei ore  e l’ostinazione di un team familiare di tre persone alle prese con un percorso digital-burocratico da incubo.

Caos vaccini Roma, ecco cosa sta succedendo

La collaboratrice di Agi, sua nipote Ariela e il di lei fidanzato hanno unito le forze nella chat  WhatsApp “team prenotazione vaccino nonni” allestita quando alle 8 del mattino si sono resi conto che il sito  ‘Salutelazio.it’ preposto alla prenotazione non consentiva l’accesso (“Impossibile raggiungere il sito prenotavaccino-covid.regione.lazio.it, ha impiegato troppo tempo a rispondere..” la frustrante dicitura).  Franco e Clara, poco a loro agio come tanti ottantenni con la prenotazione on line giustamente erano giustamente in ansia e così Ariela ha assoldato anche il fidanzato: “Continuiamo a provarci tutti e tre, aggiorniamoci via via”.  Poco dopo ci ha pensato la Regione Lazio ad aggiornarci: “Per problemi tecnici sarà possibile effettuare la prenotazione a partire dalle 12”.  Sito in tilt, insomma, evidentemente incapace di reggere alle richieste dei circa 470 mila over 80 del  Lazio.

Alle 12, mentre i social si riempiono di post imbufaliti dei troppi respinti dal sito della Regione Lazio, siamo tutti e tre di nuovo davanti a computer e smartphone: io riesco a fare un passetto in avanti rispetto alla mattina arrivando fino al clic sullo spazio per la prenotazione, ma lì mi fermo, non succede altro, si inchioda tutto. Ad Antonio va peggio, non riesce ancora  a entrare nel sito, mentre la più fortunata sembra  Ariela che alle 12 e 40 annuncia di essere riuscita a inserire il codice fiscale del nonno e della nonna, richiesti per la prenotazione. La felicità dura un attimo:”Dati inseriti non corretti” recita il sito che ha ricominciato a dare i numeri. I codici fiscali sono più che corretti, lei li reinserisce e il sito se ne inventa un’altra: “Per proseguire serve una connessione wifi”. Peccato che la povera Ariela fosse a casa sua,  dotata di wifi. Io nel frattempo da un lancio Agi che certifica il tilt leggo che la Regione Lazio ha messo a disposizione anche un centralino per la prenotazione dotato di un esercito di addetti. Fosse più semplice il caro vecchio telefono? Neanche per niente, il numero risulta muto, forse perché sovraccarico.

Intanto Ariela non si è arresa, continua a inserire i dati di Franco e Clara, viene continuamente rispedita al via come in un gioco dell’oca con la scritta “Si è verificato un errore inatteso” ma alla fine, alle 13,30 arriva a un passo dal traguardo, quello della mappa con i punti vaccinali del Lazio: primule verdi per quelli ancora disponibili, rossi quelli già sold out. L’ospedale Tor Vergata è verde e lei ci si tuffa: “Disponibilità terminata, riprova più tardi” gli risponde il sito, in contraddizione rispetto al cromatismo del via libera. Lei ci riprova, per ben quattro volte, incassando varie rotelline che girano all’infinito e “errore prenotazione”. Alla quinta, verso le 14 ce la fa: i suoi nonni si vaccineranno (molti altri nonni romani invece, a pomeriggio inoltrato sono ancora al palo). In famiglia facciamo la ola: “Sei stata bravissima Ariela”. “Zia, è stato solo fattore C”. Credo che purtroppo abbia ragione. Caparbietà e disinvoltura digitale a parte, chi oggi, primo giorno della campagna, è riuscito faticosamente a prenotare una vaccinazione antiCovid nel Lazio ha avuto semplicemente fortuna.
