Cambio colori regioni – Via libera in Consiglio dei ministri al decreto legge Covid, che proroga il blocco degli spostamenti tra le Regioni, anche quelle gialle, dal 15 al 25 febbraio.
“Dal 16 al 25 febbraio – recita la norma – sull’intero territorio nazionale è vietato ogni spostamento in entrata e in uscita tra i territori di diverse regioni o province autonome, salvi gli spostamenti motivati da comprovate esigenze lavorative o da situazioni di necessità ovvero per motivi di salute. È comunque consentito il rientro alla propria residenza, domicilio o abitazione”.
Tre regioni – Abruzzo, Liguria, Toscana – e la provincia di Trento, passano in zona arancione.
Il ministro della Salute Roberto Speranza firmerà nelle prossime ore le ordinanze, valide a partire da domenica. In arancione restano anche l’Umbria e la provincia di Bolzano anche se per entrambe i governatori hanno disposto misure ancora più restrittive. La Sicilia torna in giallo allo scadere dell’ordinanza.
Con la classificazione arancione del Trentino non ci sarà l’apertura degli impianti di risalita, che era stata prevista il 17 febbraio, non il 15 come altrove, con un’ordinanza già approvata dal presidente Fugatti. Lui stesso però aveva spiegato che il mantenimento della zona gialla sarebbe stato una condizione necessaria per l’apertura.
Non sono valsi a nulla, quindi, i preparativi nelle località di montagna, che si erano attrezzate per il contingentamento degli accessi giornalieri limitando la portata oraria degli impianti di risalita, ma anche per l’acquisto degli skipass online e le app anti-coda per evitare assembramenti.
