Bassetti sul vaccino. Il Prof. Matteo Bassetti, direttore della Clinica di Malattie infettive dell’ospedale San Martino di Genova e componente della task force Covid-19 della Liguria, racconta sui social la sua vaccinazione al Covid avvenuta ieri mattina, 27 dicembre 2020, all’ospedale San Martino di Genova. Ecco il suo messaggio sui social:

“Buongiorno. Desidero tranquillizzare chi stamattina era preoccupato della mia salute dopo la vaccinazione fatta ieri. Sto benissimo, non ho nessun effetto collaterale e mi sento ancora più forte di ieri. Sono pronto a iniziare una nuova settimana qui in ospedale per curare i miei pazienti”.

Qualche giorno fa il professor Bassetti si era espresso così in merito al vaccino anti Covid e ai tempi legati alla possibilità di non poter più indossare la mascherina dopo il vaccino:

“Dopo 4 settimane dalla prima dose del vaccino anti Covid dovremmo essere coperti ed essere in grado di difenderci contro la malattia, contro la malattia grave e anche contro l’infezione. Il che vuol dire che grazie al vaccino, quando arriveremo a una copertura importante è probabile che ci potremo togliere anche la mascherina”.
