Un secondo lotto di vaccini AstraZeneca è stato sospeso in Campania. Il primo lotto, quello ABV2856 è, ancora oggi, bloccato in tutta Italia. La richiesta è stata evasa in data 12 marzo 2021 in seguito alla richiesta alle regioni dell’Istituto superiore di sanità di inviare campioni di fiale del siero anglosvedese (di lotti diversi da quello bloccato ieri) in modo da consentire analisi comparative.

In Campania il lotto AstraZeneca scelto per l’approfondimento è ABV6096, quello da cui veniva il vaccino inoculato a Vincenzo Russo, il bidello deceduto ad Acerra tre giorni dopo la somministrazione, caso per il quale si attende l’autopsia sulla salma non essendo emerse finora connessioni tra la vaccinazione e il decesso. 

Scagionata, invece, AstraZeneca sulla morte di Annamaria Mantile: l’autopsia ha specificato che non vi è correlazione tra il decesso della professoressa e la somministrazione del vaccino.

Interessante commento, in merito alla vicenda AstraZeneca, è quello del professor Massimo Galli. Quest’ultimo ritiene la notizia una “bufala che causerà grandi danni senza un motivo valido”.
