Antonio Ricci positivo. E’ ricoverato per il Covid in ospedale ad Albenga. Il papà del programma Mediaset «Striscia la Notizia», che ha appena compiuto 70 anni, è stato ricoverato all’ospedale di Albenga (Savona) dopo essere risultato positivo al Covid-19.
Il ricovero è avvenuto per ragioni precauzionali, su decisione dello stesso Ricci e della sua famiglia insieme ai medici. La notizia è stata confermata dalla famiglia che «ha piena fiducia nell’operato della equipe che lo ha in cura».

Il 70enne regista albenghese è stato ricoverato “per prudenza” e non in relazione a una specifica criticità delle sue condizioni, dopo che è stata riscontrata la sua positività al Covid-19. Il ricovero non avrà alcun effetto sulla messa in onda del programma, giunto quest’anno alla 33esima edizione, che verrà trasmesso regolarmente. Striscia non si era fermata nemmeno durante il lockdown per scelta e volere dello stesso Ricci che aveva dichiarato di aver voluto dare il più possibile al pubblico un senso di “normalità”.
«Registravamo due o tre volte a settimana, poi si facevano stacchi con lanci neutri, cercando di far sembrare tutto più naturale possibile. Ora cerchiamo di tornare alla normalità stando in studio tutti i giorni. Non ci sarà il pubblico e non sarà facile per una trasmissione anche comica, ma del resto all’inizio Striscia era senza pubblico, nemmeno questa è una novità», aveva dichiarato Ricci lo scorso giugno.
