Sciopero lavoratori Amazon oggi 22 marzo in Italia – La richiesta dei dipendenti Amazon ai clienti di tutta Italia e la lettera dell’azienda. Le ultime notizie dall’Italia e dal mondo aggiornate in tempo reale ogni giorno.

Dalle 7 di questa mattina Amazon è fermo per lo sciopero degli addetti degli hub e di quelli alle consegne, i driver: un esercito di 9.500 addetti al magazzino e 15 mila driver. 24 ore di stop, il primo in Italia per il colosso dell’e-commerce. I dipendenti hanno incrociato le braccia davanti ai cancelli degli stabilimenti del colosso del commercio elettronico, chiedendo la solidarietà dei consumatori invitandoli a evitare acquisti per l’intera giornata.

Lo sciopero è indetto da Filt Cgil, Fit Cisl, e Uiltrasporti riguarda tutto il personale dipendente di AmazonLogistica Italia cui è applicato il CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione, Amazon Transport Italia e di tutte le società di fornitura di servizi di logistica, movimentazione e distribuzione delle merci che operano per Amazon Logistica ed Amazon Transport. Le richieste sul tavolo sono numerose: verifica dei carichi di lavoro, contrattazione dei turni, corretto inquadramento professionale del personale, riduzione dell’orario di lavoro dei driver, buoni pasto, stabilizzazione dei tempi determinati e dei lavoratori interinali, continuità occupazionale e stop a turnover esasperato.

«Oggi è una giornata molto importante. I lavoratori e le lavoratrici della filiera di Amazonhanno deciso di protestare per rivendicare un normale sistema di relazioni sindacali. Un messaggio importante rispetto alla necessità di parlare di lavoro di qualità». Così la segretaria confederale della Cgil, Tania Scacchetti in un video di Collettiva nel giorno dello sciopero generale unitario di 24 ore delle lavoratrici e dei lavoratori di Amazon. Per la dirigente sindacale «è importante che Amazon incrementi le proprie attività in Italia, ma non è sufficiente offrire occasioni di lavoro. Abbiamo ancora problemi insostenibili di carichi, di tempi, di eccessiva precarietà lavorativa». «In un’azienda con quel tipo di fatturato – continua – è giusto costruire un sistema di relazioni che riconosca ai lavoratori un premio di risultato e condizioni contrattate. Ossia relazioni sindacali stabili».

In merito allo sciopero nazionale la country manager di Amazon.it e Amazon.es, Mariangela Marseglia, ha inviat una lettera ai clienti della piattaforma di commercio elettronico. «L’impegno verso i nostri dipendenti e quelli dei fornitori di servizi di consegna è la nostra priorità assoluta» sostiene. «In Amazon rispettiamo il diritto di ogni individuo ad esprimere la propria posizione e voglio ringraziare personalmente i colleghi e i dipendenti dei fornitori dei servizi di consegna che ogni giorno lavorano per assicurare che possiate ricevere i vostri ordini – esordisce la dirigente -».

«L’emergenza sanitaria tutt’ora in corso ha avuto un grande impatto sulla vita di tutti noi. Prendiamo molto sul serio il nostro compito di continuare a fornirvi un servizio utile, così come quello di proteggere la salute e la sicurezza di tutto il nostro personale, permettendovi di acquistare e ricevere i prodotti di cui avete bisogno restando a casa il più possibile. Il nostro impegno nei confronti dei nostri dipendenti non si ferma. Continueremo ad assicurarci che tutto il nostro personale sia adeguatamente protetto, monitoriamo i cambiamenti e aggiorniamo costantemente le misure preventive giorno per giorno. Offriamo test gratuiti e supporteremo in tutti i modi il piano di vaccinazione, appena sarà possibile, per far sì che ogni persona che frequenti i nostri siti venga adeguatamente assistita».
