Gli è stato segnalato un uomo che stava rubando del pane dagli scaffali del supermercato. Lui invece di denunciarlo ha deciso di pagare i prodotti di tasca sua. Protagonista il direttore del punto vendita Carrefour di corso Lodi a Milano.

Dall’azienda fanno sapere che ha deciso di non rilasciare dichiarazioni sull’accaduto perché non vuole che da questo fatto derivi visibilità per lui. D’altronde, come spiegano da Carrefour, il supermarket di corso Lodi segue la “filosofia solidale” da ben prima dell’emergenza coronavirus. Il direttore e il suo vice hanno detto a tutto lo staff di non denunciare persone in palese difficoltà, che si trovino a rubare per fame.

“Complimenti al direttore. Ha dimostrato di essere una persona intelligente e soprattutto umana”. Questo è uno dei tanti commenti postati su Facebook, dove l’episodio, ancora più significativo alla luce delle difficoltà causate a tanti dall’emergenza sanitaria, è stato raccontato da una cliente del supermarket che ne è stata testimone.

“La security ha sorpreso un uomo che aveva rubato del pane e poco altro. Ero presente – ha scritto nel gruppo ‘Corvetto, viale Lucania e piazza Bologna’ – Il direttore ha pagato la merce e gli ha detto, lasciandolo andare: ‘Se hai fame, la prossima volta vieni da me, non rubare”.
Una concreta dimostrazione di solidarietà, apprezzata da decine di utenti sul web: “Per fortuna al mondo esistono ancora i giusti”, scrive qualcuno, mentre altri definiscono il direttore “un grande uomo con una grande sensibilità” e “una bella persona”.
