Roberta Siragusa Pietro Morreale – L’omicidio della tragedia avvenuta a Caccamo e le incongruenze trovate dagli inquirenti. Le ultime notizie aggiornate dall’Italia e dal mondo tutte le ultime news in tempo reale.
Chi ha aiutato Pietro Morreale dopo l’omicidio della fidanzata Roberta Siragusa? E’ uno dei punti da chiarire nell’inchiesta che ha portato in carcere il giovane, accusato di omicidio e occultamento di cadavere.
Nel provvedimento del gip di Termini Imerese, che applica la custodia cautelare in carcere a Morreale, il gip scrive: «Non può peraltro escludersi che Pietro Morreale sia stato coadiuvato nell’azione successiva, relativa all’occultamento degli elementi di prova, che comunque è certo che sia stata agita basti pensare alle chiavi di casa della ragazza e ad altro materiale rinvenuto combusto presso il campo sportivo di Caccamo».
L’omicidio sarebbe stato commesso tra l’una e le due di notte e solo alle 9.29 Pietro Morreale e il padre Ivan si sono presentati in caserma. Sette ore circa sono trascorse e su questo lasso di tempo il giudice pone l’attenzione.
Le chiavi di Roberta Siragusa sono state infatti trovate dai carabinieri vicino al campo sportivo di Caccamo. Il particolare, che confermerebbe che la ragazza sia stata uccisa vicino al campo sportivo e poi portata in fondo al dirupo in cui è stata trovata, è contenuto proprio nell’ordinanza con cui il gip ha disposto il carcere per il fidanzato della vittima, Pietro Morreale, accusato del delitto.
Roberta Siragusa Pietro Morreale, le indagini
«Vicino al campo sportivo – scrive il gip – sono stati repertati una serie di oggetti e di tracce estrememente significativi. Tra essi, in un cumulo di oggetti dati alle fiamme e non del tutto arsi, è stato rinvenuto anche un mazzo di chiavi».
«Una foto del mazzo di chiavi parzialmente bruciato ma integro – conclude – è stata mostrata ai familiari di Roberta che hanno prima descritto le chiavi di casa in possesso della ragazza la sera della morte e ne hanno riconosciuto la corrispondenza con quelle in uso alla ragazza».
«Le immagini lasciano sgomenti. Il corpo di Roberta nella parte inferiore è pressoché integro ma devastato in quella superiore. Nel cranio c’è una vistosa ferita che si coglie perfettamente nelle immagini». Sono particolari macabri descritti dal gip che ha disposto il carcere nei confronti di Pietro Morreale, accusato di aver assassinato la fidanzata Roberta Siragusa e di aver cercato di bruciarne il cadavere. Roberta giaceva senza vita in fondo a un dirupo. A portare gli inquirenti sul luogo in cui era il cadavere è stato lo stesso Pietro.
«Gravissimo quadro cautelare, rischio di inquinamento probatorio, estrema gravità della condotta, determinazione criminale, possibilità che reiteri il reato». Sono i motivi per i quali il gip di Termini Imerese ha disposto che Pietro Morreale, accusato dell’assassinio della fidanzata Roberta Siragusa, resti in cella. Il giudice, oggi, non ha convalidato il fermo disposto dalla Procura sulla base del pericolo di fuga, ma ha comunque accolto la richiesta dell’accusa di applicare all’indagato la custodia cautelare in carcere.
Pietro aggressivo
Un profilo di Pietro Morreale è stato fatto dal fratello della ragazza: Un «soggetto aggressivo, che faceva uso di sostanze stupefacenti». Il fratello della vittima ha raccontato ai magistrati «che l’occhio nero della sorella era scaturito da una lite per una canna che lei aveva buttato dal finestrino». «Litigavano spesso – ha detto – ma facevano sempre la pace, in una occasione mentre erano a cena al ristorante, nel gennaio 2020, si erano addirittura picchiati».
La relazione si era incrinata nell’ultimo periodo e la causa dei litigi era sempre la gelosia.
Il fratello di Roberta ha ricordato che, due o tre settimane prima, Pietro lo aveva chiamato dicendo che era rimasto in panne con l’auto a Monte Rotondo e lui era andato a recuperarlo. La strada era quella dove è stato ritrovato il corpo della sorella.
Sequestrato il tablet
I carabinieri hanno sequestrato in camera di Pietro Morreale, il giovane accusato di avere ucciso la fidanzata a Caccamo sabato scorso, un tablet e un cellulare, entrambi senza sim e senza scheda di memoria. I militari hanno sequestrato anche l’auto la Fiat Punto vista passare quattro volte nei pressi di Monte Rotondo dove è stato trovato il cadavere della giovane. Sull’auto sono in corso i rilievi dei carabinieri del Ris. Questi dovranno accertare se il corpo senza vita di Roberta sia stato trasportato a bordo della Punto dopo l’omicidio. Uno dei punti chiave del delitto, ancora non chiarito, è come è stata uccisa Roberta.
A stabilirlo sarà l’autopsia che dovrà essere disposta dallo stesso gip come richiesto dagli avvocati della difesa Giuseppe Di Cesare e Angela Barillaro. Il corpo di Roberta è stato trovato con i jeans abbassati e bruciato nella parte superiore. La ragazza aveva i pantaloni e le scarpe da tennis. I capelli rasati. Non è chiaro se siano stati tagliati o si siano bruciati. «Dovrà essere accertato – scrive il gip – se tale circostanza è dovuta ad un fenomeno di combustione o ad una orribile manifestazione di disprezzo e svilimento della sua identità femminile». Ha una profonda ferita al volto. E’ questa la causa della morte o il decesso è stato provocato dalla caduta dal burrone in fondo al quale era il corpo? Le risposte arriveranno dall’autopsia.
Le liti
Dei litigi, delle percosse, delle minacce, dell’occhio nero procurato da Pietro Morreale con un pugno al volto di Roberta Siragusa, la fidanzata trovata morta sabato notte, in tanti sapevano. Amici e parenti sentiti dai carabinieri che indagano Pietro Morreale per l’omicidio della giovane, hanno raccontato del rapporto non sereno tra i due. Il padre di Pietro lo ha definito «strano». Solo la madre ai carabinieri non ha riferito di particolari tensioni fra i due e di non sapere che il figlio fosse geloso di lei.
Anche sul pugno in faccia dato dal ragazzo a Roberta la donna tende a giustificare il figlio. «Ha chiarito – si legge nell’ordinanza con cui il gip ha disposto il carcere per l’indagato – che una volta era accaduto che tutti e due si fossero picchiati ad inizio estate. Lui sicuramente le aveva dato qualche schiaffo perché lei aveva il viso tumefatto. Pietro Morreale le aveva raccontato che Roberta lo aveva stuzzicato con dei pizzicotti e che a seguito di ciò si erano picchiati. Ne aveva parlato con la madre di Roberta Siragusa. Con cui aveva chiarito la situazione in quanto la ragazza si era assunta la responsabilità di aver provocato la reazione del figlio».
Le versioni
Dopo la morte della propria fidanzata, Pietro Morreale, tornando a casa avrebbe riferito alla madre, al padre e alla sorella tre differenti versioni sull’accaduto. E’ quanto scrive il gip nell’ordinanza di custodia cautelare. “Alla madre che avrebbe riferito che era in intimità con Roberta quando coste avrebbe prelevato una bottiglia di benzina che era in macchina e si sarebbe data fuoco – scrive il gip – al padre che ciò la ragazza lo avrebbe fatto mentre lui si accendeva una sigaretta e alla sorella che in quel momento stavano litigando e che Roberta si era data fuoco, era rotolata giù dal burrone e lui aveva cercato di ‘spegnerlà”. Inoltre, anche i congiunti del ragazzo sono “incorsi in contraddizioni”.
